[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first introduced the food to my dog Smokey he instantly went for the bowl! He loved this food so much! he seems to be satisfied! His poop is not runny or anything weird aftet eating it either. His coat looks nice and shinny!

My dog has food sensitivities. the reactions he had to every brand and every type of food was exhausting. My dogs sensitivities led to vet bills and having to consider rehoming him if we couldn't find a solution. The really expensive high end dog foods that were really becoming a strain to purchase. this is the only food I have found that my dog is actually able to eat without having persistent and chronic diarrhea and bloody stool. I'm relieved at the affordability of this food comparatively to the other foods that I had thought were my animals only options. after spending so much on vet bills due to this sensitivity issue I couldn't be happier that my friend is now able to eat comfortably without being a burden to my family financially

First let me say that I’ve fed purina for over 35 years. Always has been great and my dogs have done well on it. Tried the adult dry food and both my Doberman (inside dog-10 yo) and my German Shepard (outside dog-13 yo) both didn’t want to eat it but did after they got hungry. Within a day both dogs have been very lethargic and vomiting. They are seniors and I am praying they can recover from this. My vet recommended starting them on a senior dog food but I’ll never use this food again.

This is an amazing food. I know many people say negative things about Purina, and for a while there I bought into their words. After trying grain-free, homemade, raw, and other high end foods we came back to Purina. On other foods my dogs had dry skin, loose stool, bad breath, and severely sensitive stomachs. Despite what analysis sites say, my entire family feeds Purina and their dogs live long happy lives. Now that we’re back on Purina, my dogs are incredibly happy. They have beautiful coats, healthy stomachs, and boundless energy. This food performs and I would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always used Purina brand as our dog food. Our dogs tolerated this alright, but we prefer Purina One, and will continue to stick with that. Better ingredients for our dogs. However, I would still recommend this to someone who wouldnt want to spend top dollar on natural, or better, food.

I can never tell if she loves a food or not because she has never not ate any type that Ive fed her. She is currently eating this just as she does with all other types. I would purchase, especially if I had a coupon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purina dog chow is a great product . I appreciate the ingredients of real beef and no artificial flavors. My Morkie- Pom loves it. She prefers Purina dog chow over her old food which a surprise cause shes a picky eater. I dont think the product needs any improvement. I would recommend and I have recommended.

I have served this beef and chicken complete adult to my dogs for years, they seem to like it and for the price the bags at Sam's can't be beat. It just went up 5 bucks a bag and for the first time in their lives my dogs aren't finishing their bowls. I noticed the bag (of beef flavor) appears to have hundreds of these spongy things that look like chicken nuggets. They have not been there for years. I can just barely rip them apart they are so tough and they seem to be bread. Are they suddenly using bread to fill the bags cheaper? And is it swelling in the dogs stomach so they eat less? I'm not crazy about this all of a sudden. And these aren't random clumps. I can't put a hand in without coming up with three or four. There are a LOT.
