I have several dogs, several different breeds, and this is the only food that has consistently pleased even my picky eaters. I have tried numerous foods, I work as a veterinary assistant, and I always end up back at this food. My dogs all have nice coats and maintain their weight very well. Purina is a great brand!!

I have raised several puppies on Purina Puppy Chow and then on Dog Chow. My dogs love Purina so much that when my husband tried to feed them another brand, they picked up their dish, threw the other food out, turned the dish upside down, sat and looked at him as if to say, "Okay, now where is my Dog Chow?" They love Purina and so do I.

I have been feeding Purina Dog Chow for years. I have 3 search and rescue Bloodhounds, 2 Belgian Sheepdogs that are shown in conformation and performance sports, as well as my husband's German Shepherd service dog and a cattle dog. All of them have beautiful coats and tons of energy. They are always eager to eat their food and never leave any crumbs! There weight is just where it should be. I am so happy with this food and will never look for another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 6 dogs, so the right kind of food for them all matters. And when we tried Purina Dog Chow, they absolutely loved it! We have been buying a 42lb bag every week for the past year and we are glad we chose Purina Dog Chow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my senior adult dog who was quite happy with his Purina SENIOR dog food refused to eat all the different shapes in the adult when we were forced to switch over to complete adult when Purina stopped making senior. he eats it now after we tried other brands and flavors but hes still not too happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past 50+ years I have started my puppies on Puppy Chow and after one year switched them over to Dog Chow. We now have one male Australian Blue Heiler and a female Sherman Shepherd mix that run on 1+ acre and swim in the lake everyday. They both get regular vet checks, weigh ins and shots to keep them healthy. Our vet says Dog Chow is one she recommends regularly along with exercise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal customer of Purina for over 20 years. All 6 my Labrador Retrievers are fed Purina Dog Chow and their coats are beautiful. My vet has told me that whatever I'm feeding them I should keep it up because they look great. I now mix the Dog Chow with other Purina dog food like the Smart One Blend with Salmon or the Turkey/Venison Blend. The dogs just love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 7 various large breed dogs. All of them have grown up on Dog Chow. In the beginning, I fed them all had Puppy Chow for large breeds. Then as they individually approached their 2nd year, I began feeding them the adult Dog Chow. Dog Chow is all I buy for my dogs' dry food. All my dogs are very healthy, have shiny hair, and endless energy after eating Dog Chow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs ranging from a 5 lb Chihuahua to a 45 lb Chow mix and they all love their Dog Chow. As soon as they hear the rattle of the bag opening, I have 16 paws dancing around and barking excitedly! I love it for the price and the fact that dogs have been eating it for years so it's a name I can trust. They just love the taste!
