[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 7 dogs, from a 6# toy poodle to a 160# Anatolian Shepard and they all do very well on it. We have a 12 yr old Newfoundland and an 11 yr old working Great Pyrenees and they both have eaten dog chow their entire lives. Our doberman came from a rescue (Dream Paws) and *they* also recommend Purina Dog Chow.

When I was very young, we fed my dog Purina Dog Chow. When I was old enough to get my first dog, my vet convinced me we needed to feed her a very expensive dog food. Withing a month she ended up in the hospital suffering from sever gestational issues. As it turns out, the very expensive dog food was contaminated. When she recovered I changed her diet to Purina Dog Chow and she lived a wonderful and happy life. Twenty years later, and many more dogs, Purina Dog Chow is the only brand I feed my dogs.

CHICKEN! I live in Chicago, IL. Ive been buying Dog Chow for years. Now all of a sudden you dont sell anything but "Chicken" flavor. I just looked on the site. Now im upset that all theese flavors are not sold at the stores in the south and west sides of chicago. My dogs hates the chicken flavor. Im about to be forced to go to another brand that my dogs likes. I use to spend $300 a mpnth on dog food. Why would you stop selling "Regular" flavor. Who does that?

For over forty years I have fed every dog I have owned Purina Puppy/Dog Chow. All the dogs have been extremely healthy and shiny coated. And they really seem to enjoy the taste! Also a great value. I wouldn't think of feeding one of my dogs anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been raising my Beagles on Dog chow and puppy chow for over 18 years now. They seems to love the taste and I've never had an unhealthy Dog. I raised my litters on puppy chow as well. They love it! They new Weight management flavor is their favorite. They like to steal the chicken pieces from the 2 that eat that flavor. All my dogs coats are shinny and they are full of energy! Great product.

I started a new set of puppies and mother out on pedigree and then diamond performance, wasn't liking the results.they ate it like candy.switched to dog chow and within a week the dogs all looked better ate less and drank less with better looking coats and more energy.thank you Purina.

all of our dogs love the purina dog food. its only dog food that comes in 50to55lbs . they don't separate they pieces like they do with other brands. we buy a lot . we even started our cats on purina cat food. we our animals just love the purina products

When I got my puppy, I wanted to feed him the 'best'. I slowly introduced several of the 'natural' and grain free products, but his belly objected to them all. I finally decided to try the dog chow (green bag), and he had no problems at all! Not a fan of all the ingredients that he wouldn't be eating in his natural diet, but those things seem to be too rich for him. Recently I tried to upgrade him to Purina One. Even a small amount mixed into his regular food upset him, so I guess I'll be sticking with what works!
