This is the only one that didn't have recalls when other dog foods were causing problems and dogs to die. My sister lost several dogs and a raccoon eating the other brands. I trust Purina! The only brand I buy for my furry family members. They get table leftovers and Purina. They stay healthy, fit and happy. My dogs love Purina. They get excited when they see me bring a bag home. I have a Boxer and German Shepard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Purina Dog Chow for my dogs. I have three fur babies and they all eat Dog Chow. I have never had any problems with this product and my pups love it. They have always been Purina dogs, started on Puppy Chow. There are few dog food companies out there these days that you can trust and to have one I love and trust so much makes me a happy dog mom! Thank you Purina for a great, quality product.

Our dogs have eaten Purina Dog Chow for decades...my mom was a Purina scientist back in the 50's, we love all the support Purina gives to shelters, and the food has been great for all of our dogs over the years. But this new formula with the dark brown cylinder-shaped pieces is a no-go for my dog. He has stopped eating his food. We switched foods and he is back to enjoying eating. We try to mix in some of the dog chow, and he rejects it again. It is definitely the dark brown pieces, but he also is not thrilled about the other pieces that have been stored with those brown pieces.

I have had up to twenty dogs and i have used mostly  Purina dog chow . Because my labs digest it much easier and it seems to produce healthy results in maintaining there overall muscles , bone and internal needs  as well as their coat needs . I would like very much to receive coupons of purina dog chow to help off set the cost of feeding .my dogs. I have great faith in this product and it has kept my pets very healthy 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My black lab mix has eaten nothing but Purina Dog Chow ever since she became an adult, which is almost nine years. She has never had a medical or weight (she has weighed 55 lbs. for her entire adult life) problem (we feed her according to the directions on the package), and her coat shines. She has good tooth and gum health also.

This is the only brand I feed my dogs. Recently lost our 16 year old gal who ate Purina dog chow her entire life. Her coat stayed healthy and her energy level was always above average. I have a new adopted fur baby and he now eats Purina Dog Chow too. He's 7 with tons of energy. This is the complete food it's all you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great price, and my dogs love it! But for a while there before you went to the Chicken flavor my dogs would not eat it!! I had to go with another brand that they would eat. If you didn't change to chicken I might not have tried your brand again.
