I'm a big fan of another brand, But during the colder months, I give my dogs a 1/2 cup of this complete food in the mornings, each. They Dog Chow it down! This one bag may last all winter, it's huge! Which will save me some bucks.

I love this item for the quantity, the price and that I can get it delivered to my doorstep. The best and most important factor is that our three dogs seem to enjoy it also.

This is the only dog food that doesn't make my dogs sick! I am very disappointed that Sam's Club is out and has no idea when it will be available again.

This bag was 48lbs as opposed to the 55lbs bag as before. Same money for less. Also, you can get the same bag at the local farm supply store for the same money. No Sam's savings on this one anymore.

Great!! At only a Little over a dollar per pound also has a lot of Vitamins that are good for the dogs and my dog loves it but what dog does it love dog food lol she's a picky eater.

My dog seems to enjoy the food as she is eating it but for me I would have loved a resealable bag. I mean it’s 57lbs why would it NOT have a resealable bag!! Wouldn’t have purchased had I know that. Only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because of that other than that 5/5!!

Dog chow has been my go to dog food, after trying pro plan which disagreed with my pups intestinal track and was high $, dog chow goes back to the basics, corn based first instead of the fancy protein- meat based diets of expensive brands, later found out from the vet alot of dogs cant tolerate they way the protein is processed and not a wheat or corn allergy like many think. Thanks Sams club for carrying it !

We've only fed all of our dogs Purina brand dog foods. Tried others, and they didn't like them. There is enough variety in this brand to give your pets what they need. Additionally, none of our dog had food issues, and unlike the newer brands, very little issues with the food overall. Our pets have lived long lives, with very little health issues. This size being sold at a great price is a big plus for multiple dogs in a home.

I used to buy Blue and the price went up. Then i went to members mark and my dogs ate it but didn't always finish it. I tried this on a whim because my dogs weren't a fan of the flavor of members mark that was in stock. Turns out they love this food.

We have Great Pyrenees and they can eat their own weight in food. They live their best life roaming our rural property, but work up a giant appetite in the process. The expense can snowball, but Sams has helped with that by having a great price on Pyrenees sized bags of Purina Dog Chow. We have two outdoor feeders that hold 50# each and perfectly hold one bag each. The dogs love both the chicken and beef flavors, so we often get one of each to give them variety.
