When changing a dog’s diet, it’s important to transition gradually over 7–10 days to help avoid digestive upset. Start by mixing about 10% of the new food with 90% of the current food. Each day, increase the amount of the new food while decreasing the current food until the transition is complete. This gradual process helps prevent issues such as refusal to eat, vomiting, or diarrhea that can occur with sudden diet changes. Dented cans, food leaking out, dangerous for dogs

Almost every single can was dented which means they were dented before they packaged the cans. Two were dented so badly that food was leaking out of them. I will never buy dog food from Sam's again. Disgusting that they would sell something like this. I shop at a discount grocery store sometimes and they would never sell canned dog food in this condition. Please, if you do decide to buy this check the cans closely. You don't want your dogs to get sick or die from food that has gone bad.

My Australian Shepherd loves this food. He was not eating his dry Purina Pro Plan like he used to as now he is 12 years old. We added this to his kibbles to provide variety. Now he eats his food bowl clean. Recommended.
