[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were actually talked into this refrigerator by our 10 year old son who thought it was "cool". I gotta say we think it's COOL now as well. Plenty of space, quiet and we love the hidden water dispenser and auto fill pitcher.

It is so much more spacious than the side-by-side french door fridge we used to have. Everything feels high-quality. We didn't think we'd use it much but we actually love the auto-fill water pitcher - so much quicker than using the water dispenser! I love having two sizes of ice cubes to choose from and having it in the bottom with the scoop has made for a lot less mess on the floor! It's also nice receiving a notification on my phone when the door has been left open. We love that we can mix & match the panels too. So far, nothing negative to say about this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for almost 1 month. I do love the glass panels to write notes on & I love the beverage center! You never know how much you are going to love something until you have it. With our old fridge, the icemaker did not work, so I had to fill a gallon jug each day for the countertop ice maker. Now when I have to use that or fill the dog bowl - it is just so easy to pour & the pitcher fills itself. I do wish this fridge could keep up with my ice use. It cannot keep up with me, I still have to use the countertop ice maker. Also, in my opinion the top shelf seems a little flimsy. I would not put heavy items up there. Also, I wish the freezer had a convenient pull out type drawer on the freezer door, like my old fridge had. I do love how you can control the fridge from the app.

The delivery personnel brought it into our house and put it inplace and hooked up the water and power. No other installation services were done. I had to put in all the shelves and vegetable and keeper bins. Once I completed this installation of the shelves and bins I began to read the instructions for setting the temps and other accessories. Only the included instructions did not contain those instructions anywhere in the enclosed information. I had to go online to find them. I guess if ahd a smartphone I could have got them on my smartphone. But I don't own a smartphone!! So I had to go to my computer and research for them. Not terribly happy with the lack of complete setup withthe delivery personnel nor I particularily happ with the lack of a complete operation Manual being included with the Refrigerator. Those dislikes not withstanding we are completely satisfied with the refrigerator.

Had to leave one shelf out of the door in Oder to put tall items. Love the hidden water dispenser in door n the ice maker in the freezer. Over all I do like it better than my old Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. I love the 2 different types of ice it makes. We use the beverage center all the time. I didn't think my wife would go for this one as it is a bit pricey, but she loves it maybe more than I do. We did have a time where the small ice maker quit working. We read the troubleshooting steps, and even called on support. Support sent a person out who declared we needed a new computer/motherboard for the unit. Board came in and was replaced. This did not fix the issue. Later, I decided I would take a hairdryer to the side that wasn't working. In 2 minutes, I had the problem resolved. Since support was useless, I could not give 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very satisfied with my Bespoke 3 door French Door Fridge. I especially enjoy the filtered water dispenser and pitcher. And I love the layout of the drawers and the garage door shelf that enables me to put taller things there when needed. I also love looking at the reflective white glass doors, and seeing a reflection of things in the vacinity of the fridge. I get a a reflection of the window and plants on windowsill and the trees outside and birds sitting on a wire in the yard. I also love the choice of having large and small ice. It's so convenient to have the size ice I want for whatever I am drinking. The delivery guys that brought the Refrigerator were very thoughtful, careful in installing and moving the old fridge out. And they were very congenial and agreeable to do what I needed to have them do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for over a year and I love it. It is the perfect size for our needs and the ice maker and water are inside the refrigerator, leaving the outside front clear of anything. You get two types of ice cubes and a pitcher inside also for plain water or to add fruit or whatever to flavor your water. My only negatives are that the front is not magnetic, only the sides (which are very little areas in our case because cabinets are on both sides). The other negative is that my family cannot seem to grasp the notion that the handles do not show in order to make the front a smooth look, so instead of using the handles they open it by grasping the glass, leaving finger prints all over it. This is a smart appliance so you can control it from a cell phone, though I do not really think it is necessary, it could be handy occasionally. All in all, I would definitely buy the same one again, though I would have rather had a different color than white. Our need was critical and a color was not readily available, but you can buy a different panel for a price.
