It’s just at an awkward height so I have to slightly bend down to reach the bottom hand hold or reach way up top. This wouldn’t be a problem if I got the extra drawer.

We love the beverage center - the pitcher full of water and quick access to drinks and snacks. Inside of the fridge is also very specious and convenient.

The ice maker is in the freezer and makes tow size ice cubes. I now have plenty of ice all the time. The refrigerator is very roomy and the door that opens just for the water jug and water is perfect. I make lemon water infused love this feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved, and due to size constraints at our new house, could not bring our full depth 4-door flex with us. After careful review of dimensions, we found we had to forgo the 4-door flex series and opted for this model instead. While I certainly miss the 'flex' compartment which we highly utilized for breads, some veggies and various adult beverages, this counter depth French Door model has lived up to the Samsung Refrigerator reputation and has many of the options we desired such as the auto-filling 'bottomless' in door water pitcher and dual sized ice makers (without the problematic dispenser through the door issues).

The auto fill water jug, and inside water despenser, with front door beverage center, for easy access, is amazing. Temp by phone app is amazing. The size is perfect for our family, 30 cubic inches. No handles on face of frige is also great, hidden handles to open are amazing as well.

Some times the water stops refilling the jar , the sensor above the jar needs cleaning and starts working right away. Everything else is great. Lots of space, love the ice maker. It almost was to big to get to my kitchen, the installers had to lift it above the counter tops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator is a great product. The door closimgs are sound. The inside lighting is great. The only minor complaint concerns the door opening on the side with the split door. The two release latches were at the bottom of the door. On the other door the latch is at the top. Would prefer both door's opening latched be either on top or botttom, but prefer on tje top.

Not only is it functional, runs perfectly (except for a little issue with the pitcher not filling completely on occasion), it's beautiful!!! I'm having so much fun ordering different color panels. I ordered it in stainless, bough the blue panels which is current on there and just recently received the orange one!! They are so easy to change and store in their boxes nicely anywhere. So excited to be able to change it up. The two sizes of ice is tenuous and we were provided with a scooper!! I'm so glad I don't have water and ice on my door anymore. This us much more functional. The inside is plenty big enough fir a counter depth and you can actually see what's in it. I can't tell you how many items got buried at the back if my last full sized French door. I will always spout that this us the best fridge on the market today!!! Can't wait to order my new Samsung Cooktop freestanding range!!! Thank you Samsung for making this beautiful appliance!!

You choose from a variety of colors and finishes to add some personality to your kitchen, and you get a lot of room in your fridge and freezer as well as a removable ice tray that makes two different types of ice.
