[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 3 Door Bespoke arrived in October. Delivery and installation was 5 star! They move our old frig to the garage and installed the new one all in under 30 minutes! The delivery team reviewed the features and tested everything before they left. They were polite and professional. Since then we followed the setup instructions for the app and the features and it has running perfectly. The beverage center in the door is great!!! We fill our water bottles in seconds with the auto fill pitcher and use the water dispenser for smaller items like filling glasses. The no handle look gives your kitchen a very updated look. The regular cube / mini-cube ice maker is also a nice feature. I like having the ice in the freezer drawer as you have great control of how much ice you need with the scoop and I don't have cubes going across the floor from getting it from the front of the door like our old one. Also the ice maker should be in the freezer area of a refrigerator for better reliability. It has been running great and there are some good promotions going in price and door panels so you can change the look of your Bespoke later on. The Samsung app that you can use with the frig is also another bonus with easy to use simple features. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

We love the beverage center - the pitcher full of water and quick access to drinks and snacks. Inside of the fridge is also very specious and convenient.

It looks greatin my kitchen and it so big inside with so much well thought out shelves and door design. And the glass front is so pretty and easy to clean, lots of drawers inside that open smoothly. over all great great great

The room in the unit is fantastic and it looks fantastic. The performance and electricity savings are great. Well designed, great performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some time, I was contemplating changing my fridge for a better fridge that was much more technological and space capacity, when I discovered the Samsung fridge I saw that it had all the qualities I needed for my new kitchen.

I liked the fact it was counter depth, but, due to the layout of my kitchen, if we pushed it to the wall, the doors did not open properly, because the cabinets were in the way. That would actually the only negative. Positives: I did not particularly want the “beverage center”, but, it has become my favorite part. Easy to fill coffee pot, dog’s water dish and large water bottles. I also like the no handles. Took me a bit to get used to, but, now, second nature. Last, but not least, I like the two different ice sizes.

I need to change the water filter in the refrigerator, and the manual states that I must shut off the water supply first. Unfortunately, the water valve is located behind the refrigerator, which presents a challenge since it’s full of food. Should I really have to pull the refrigerator out? Alternatively, I could shut off the water for the entire house, which seems excessive. It raises the question of what the engineers at Samsung were considering when designing this system

The delivery personnel brought it into our house and put it inplace and hooked up the water and power. No other installation services were done. I had to put in all the shelves and vegetable and keeper bins. Once I completed this installation of the shelves and bins I began to read the instructions for setting the temps and other accessories. Only the included instructions did not contain those instructions anywhere in the enclosed information. I had to go online to find them. I guess if ahd a smartphone I could have got them on my smartphone. But I don't own a smartphone!! So I had to go to my computer and research for them. Not terribly happy with the lack of complete setup withthe delivery personnel nor I particularily happ with the lack of a complete operation Manual being included with the Refrigerator. Those dislikes not withstanding we are completely satisfied with the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had other ice dispenser refridgerators in the past. It always annoyed me that water would drip down the front of the fridge when I finished. With the ice dispenser in the freezer it is a game changer. I have 2 choices of the ice sizes, the smaller one for a quicker cold beverage to the larger size for a longer lasting cold drink. Also, with just one or two scoops and your done with the ice and the water pitcher is always ready with it's auto fill function which I also love very much! Additonally, I use the water pitcher my coffee water reservior instantly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple design. I'm getting used to not having handles on the doors. Inside is spacious, but different from my old LG. I like the two types of ice and the fresh water pitcher that refills. It helps with filling the coffee maker with fresh filtered water. We also have 4 drawers now rather than two. It's fun figuring out where to put everything. Right now there is a drawer full of chocolate. That has to change! :) All in all, we are getting used to it. No issues so far!
