My favorite feature is the beverage center. We always have cold water on demand and the jug is always full. The ice maker is also a great feature. The size of the freezer was surprising to me. I keep putting stuff in and there's always room. The only thing I don't particularly like is both french doors need to be open to access the bottom drawers.

Samsung appliances look great but they do not last. I learned that the hard way with a refrigerator, stove and microwave. All were junk, many failed repairs and none even lasted 4 years. My warranty did me no good because they weren't fixable. Buyer beware!!!

Buyer beware! I purchased this and right after one year the ice maker started to freeze up. This caused the water to over flow and ruin my hardwood floors. Calle Samsung and they said nothing they can do after 1 year. This is a known issue - after multiple repairs we are replacing! This should be illegal to rip people off like this!

It looks great and has many nice features including the beverage center, great lighting, changeable color panels, etc. It is very quiet and has been doing a great job keeping my foods and produce cold and fresh. I've noticed many items actually have been keeping longer than they did in my old fridge. Love the look of the Bespoke appliances and plan to replace my old stove soon with a new Samsung.

Plenty of room for all my perishable foods. The freezer has a large capacity and is sectioned for ease of retrieval. Thrilled with the choice of large cubes or mini cubes - so much better than crushed ice which takes a toll on any fridge. Very happy with my purchase!
