I wish I had looked at the drawer arrangement before I purchased this fridge. You have to open both doors to access any drawers which is a huge pain. I would return this if I could to buy the model with the extra drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is slightly bigger than our previous Samsung fridge and it's amazing how 1 cubic feet can add so much more space. The misses especially loves the beverage center for her easy access to her drinks and yogurts. Apparently beer is not an essential drink. Overall we are greatly pleased with this new refrigerator.

We were sad when we moved from our old home, which had a black stainless steel Samsung French door counter-depth refrigerator similar to this, but this is a definite upgrade! We love the dedicated beverage center with refilling water pitcher and other easy access to soft drinks, beer, and more. We use the small lower cubby in the center to put baybel cheeses. The SmartThings app reminds us if the door is left ajar which is a plus in a smart home.

I didn't think the drawer type freezer would be easy to use but to the contrary it stores a lot and is easy access. The crisper drawer ans ample shelving with easy to clean shelving is a huge plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung Bespoke White Glass Refrigerator, and it has been the best refrigerator I’ve had in a long time. The simplicity of the installation of the refrigerator and the functions that it allows you to do inside the door and also in the Samsung SmartThings app make it a very functional and easy refrigerator to get to know. The two different ice types are very convenient, being able to turn the icemaker off or turn off the auto-fill pitcher because we have the beverage center. This has been a game changer. Samsung definitely shows and pushes forward with their innovative ways to make your appliances smart. I am already looking at getting a Bespoke Oven and a dishwasher in the future. With the ability of it being white glass, you can write on the refrigerator with an expo marker. A dry erase marker

This thing just swallows everything we throw at it lol. Great Capacity in the fridge side, though could have used another cubic foot in the freezer section. Too bad you can't turn off one of the ice makers but we learned to get used to it. Was originally unconvinced about the beverage center but I have grown to really like it. Great product as usual from Samsung

I’ve had my refrigerator for two weeks now and still can’t use it. So I am very disappointed. And my service appointment isn’t until the 22nd of sept. So almost a month without a refrigerator.
