DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

One standout feature is Samsung's decision to relocate the ice machine from the door or inside the refrigerator to the freezer compartment, a move that not only optimizes storage space within the refrigerator but also enhances its reliability. After using it for a month and a half, I'm pleased to report that I haven't encountered any significant issues apart from a minor misalignment of the doors, which is a negligible inconvenience. Admittedly, in the realm of modern appliances, concerns about long-term reliability can arise due to factors like build quality and a lack of quality control. However, my optimism about this refrigerator's durability remains intact, especially considering the recommendations for this unit from a few maintenance technicians.

I was able to get rid of my stand alone water filter pitcher now that I have one built into my door. There is a TON of room for all of our items. The duel ice maker is an added bonus, we love the little nuggets. Not sure what the purpose of the white shelf over the ice trays is for since there is a clear one underneath it. If someone knows, please tell me! Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone!

There is a dispenser and a pitcher with a filter filled with water. After filling glasses return pitcher and it automatically fills again. Open the freezer for two size ice cubes. No more mess on the front of appliance. Easy to clean. A dry cloth removes debris and finger marks. Plenty of fridge space. Freezer has small top area and large area below the ice.

So much space, so much convenience, love having fresh cold filtered water available 24/7. The crisper keeps veggies freash for 3 or more weeks! I only have one suggestion, it would be nice to have a pull bar at the very top of the refrigerator for the beverage center. We are very tall so bending over to open it is a bit inconvenient.

I like how everything is now eye level and conveniently spaced. Unlike the old side by side. Highly recommend this fridge

i bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. i have loved it all this time. it is great! easy to clean. easy to organize the contents. looks great. the only issue i have had with it---today--- is that i cannot get the replacement water filter to go back into the refrigerator. it was tough to get out. but now the replacement will not go back in. it is super frustrating and i have been trying to make it happen for 3 hours now. i am concerned that it will leak all over the place before morning. lastly, the access door is poorly designed. it lifts up but does not stay up on its own. so, to get out the filter you need to hold the door up with one hand and use the other to rotate and remove the filter.

It is very spacious and great not to have items falling out of the freezer like we did with our previous side-by-side refrigerator! One thing to consider, although we specifically chose this model without handles for its sleekness, it can take some getting used to.
