NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE! EVER!!
We purchased a brand new Samsung fridge and less than 2.5 years later, the fridge went out! The ice maker stopped working and the fridge and freezer stopped cooling. Samsung sent someone out a WEEK later so we lost all of our food. The compressor was replaced and it started working again but only for about 3 weeks. We just happened to ask about being compensated for food (because the info wasn't volunteered). I had to be escalated to a manager to get reimbursed for a portion of the food that was lost and I had to submit proof of the food purchased 3 times! After finally getting a partial reimbursement, we replenished the food in the fridge. LESS THAN A MONTH LATER THE FRIDGE STOPPED COOLING AND STOPPED MAKING ICE AGAIN! Samsung said no one could come out until the next week. So even though it was Samsung's fault that the fridge went out again, there was no sense of urgency to send someone out to fix it in a timely manner. To make matters worse, we had just purchased a ton of seafood for my mother's birthday celebration. Imagine how that smelled as it started going bad! When the repair person came out for a SECOND TIME, he said there was an "internal gas leak" and that the fridge wasn't repairable. Imagine hearing "internal gas leak". We're we supposed to feel safe? He even said it was still safe to drink the water. Ummmm...no! So we had to start the claims process for the fridge reimbursement and for the second time in a month, we lost all of our food plus the food for my mom's birthday celebration was ruined. When we contacted Samsung's terrible customer service department (after being left on hold and hung up on multiple times) to request a reimbursement for the food. They had the audacity to tell us that they only reimburse for food one time per device and that Samsung "isn't required to do that." Seriously???? Just so you all know, an expedited claim takes "1-3 days to review and another 3 to 5 days to issue a refund." I know this verbatim because they kept reading from the same script when I asked any question. I was then told to just go buy another fridge if I couldn't wait for the refund to be processed. Who has the nerve to say that? Samsung customer service. I almost forgot to mention how someone has been out to "repair" my Samsung washer. No, it still isn't working correctly either. So two weeks later, we are still without a fridge and we are out of hundreds of dollars in food again. This is the most draining and frustrating experience we've ever had with any appliance. You could offer us a FREE Samsung appliance at this point and we still wouldn't take it! Moral of the story: NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!

Great fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving the white glass look of this fridge. The beverage center is very convenient and plenty of space inside. The only downside is you have to open both doors to open the bottom right drawer inside the fridge, the drawer length is longer than the opening of the right door.
Poor product! Will destroy your flooring
Buyer beware! I purchased this and right after one year the ice maker started to freeze up. This caused the water to over flow and ruin my hardwood floors. Calle Samsung and they said nothing they can do after 1 year. This is a known issue - after multiple repairs we are replacing! This should be illegal to rip people off like this!

Best one ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator I’ve ever had. The outlay is terrific and every little space has been used. The ice maker is great with plenty of ice, one side small and the other side larger cubes. My favorite is the pitcher which makes a super easy to fill a larger container with water. I have the glass doors which don’t show every fingerprint, just a quick wipe and its clean. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love nearly everything about this refrigerator from the color to the size and layout of the shelves. From the moment it was plugged in, cooling to operating temperature was brief. The drink station is fantastically convenient and a good energy saving option since no one has to hold the whole fridge open to decide. The only inconvenience of the whole device is that the right-side bottom drawer cannot be opened while having only the right door open. The divider strip on the left door is in the way so both doors must be opened to access that drawer. Being used to it now, it's not that bothersome. Oh, and I absolutely love that I can choose between large or small ice cubes!
Fridge Broke Down after 3 years
The Fridge looks nice and worked well for about 3 years. After 3 years fridge is no longer cooling. I have a tech coming out to look at it soon, but from the sounds of it this thing is going to the Samsung Appliance boneyard. This is way to expensive of a fridge to only last 3 years. Also had issues with the seal flap between the doors not closing every time the left door was closed. Will not be buying another Samsung

Very Pretty and Lots of Space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The white looks beautiful in our kitchen. It does stick out pretty far from the counter but we have space for it luckily. I wish the doors could be propped open because every time I go to refill my water cup the cold door rests on my arm and the “latch” hitting the back of my arm is eventually going to give me a bruise. It has LOTS of fridge space. Items are no longer getting forgotten in bottom drawers (we had an old WP side-by-side before). I’ve only had this for 4 weeks but so far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Far So Good - honestly I love the space and the overall design of the new fridge, the only things I would change is the door opening scenario. I'm a bit afraid that the center pillar on the door will snap and that I can't access the drawers without opening both doors. I think it will take some time to get use to.
