Used air fry once, nice feature ( great for large quantities). Love the extra hot top burner, great for boiling water and hard sears. Wifi feature gives me alerts on my phone and TV ( so u don't have to keep checking the oven) overall very happy with my purchase.

My old home had Samsung appliances throughout the kitchen and I was so excited to get the Samsung Flex-Duo range. It has few options that my old one didn't have that I love. First and foremost, I love the convenience the Flex- Duo offers, we have a lot of pizza nights when all the kids are over and it's nice to be able to cook one pizza at 400° and another one at 425°. I can have it done in 20 minutes and go on with my day. I wasn't sure how often I would use the griddle, but surprisingly I have used it a lot, mostly on pancakes and breakfast foods. It works great, doesn't take long to heat and is non-stick so it's very easy to clean. Another feature I love is the air fryer feature. Our old oven had this and I knew it was a feature I wanted in my new oven. It's much easier to cook for a family of 5 in the oven air fryer, than in the tiny counter top one we have. It's easy to clean, I love the layout of the controls, I was able to easily figure out our to control the heat on the double oven feature. The steam clean feature is great when you have company coming and you don't want your house to get smokey. It cleans fast with a bad smell. I missed my range when we moved, but I love the Flex-Duo model even better than my last one.

Also, Having an airfryer in one is amazing. I peel veggies and make chips in minutes while my stew is cooking on top. Hands down the best oven I've ever used. The wifi feature is Amazing, receiving the alerts definitely saves me precious time. The air fryer feature is great because of the speed as well as not having to purchase an additional appliance. The griddle in the middle (that rhymes lol) makes pancakes a breeze mainly because of the nonstick surface. I can't say enough about this stove. I wish I could replace the stove in my basement with this one as well. AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my!! I have always wanted a double oven but our home kitchen is to small. My prayers were answered. This oven is just wonderful, and the bottom section is easy to get food out of it is not so close to the floor, just right. I have been able to cook two different meals and keep the plates warm as well since you can adjust the temperatures to your needs, my other oven would not let me adjust the manufactures settings. Thank you for such a great product. Yippee!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, LOVE my new stove. The burners are perfect in size and variety. The Air Fry function takes some adjusting to but it works quite well. The best thing is the dual ovens and being able to prepare foods separately. I really love the Smart Appliance technology; it makes it easier to cook and plan meals. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who really loves to cook and prefers an appliance that isn't overwhelming in size and fits perfectly into your kitchen. I took the pictures prior to using just to show it fresh out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new range! The first thing we did, airfry chicken wings, was an adventure. It produced a lot of smoke. We ended up turning off air fry and finishing them off in the oven on bake. They were delicious! After that excitement we downloaded the manual and started having fun. Setting ip the wifi to it was a breeze and we were preheating (which is fast) in no time. The app isn’t as user friendly as I would like. I ended up having to reset the whole oven just to add more bake time. The power burner does a great job of boiling that big pasta pot. My husband uses the middle burner and griddle almost every morning. I made cookies with convection! I broiled chicken parm for nice, melty cheese. I airfried buffalo cauliflower. I feel like I can do so much more in my kitchen now. It took a bit to figure out all the controls. We had to refer to the manual a lot the first week or two. But with all those features, it’s so worth the homework. The stove is easy to clean and it looks so sharp in our kitchen. It fit easily in the space. I’m looking forward to many holiday meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has been a blessing in my kitchen! As a first time home buyer, I have to cook a lot so I don't spend money on eating out. I love that I can connect the Range to my smartphone. I utilize it to preset the oven before I get home from work. I already had the SmartThings app so connecting the oven was quick. The touch panel is receptive to touch but not overly sensitive so selecting a temp is easy when not using the app. Another thing I love about this range is the power burner with dual rings. It sears steaks so evenly on a skillet and I also don't have to wait as long for water to boil. That definitely impressed me! The air fryer is a great addition to the basic bake setting. I just love how it makes some foods crispier and other juicier. Not only that but our meals are healthier! My husband always wants to use the air fryer setting! Also, with many levels in our range, we can cook more than one dish at a time and this allows our food to be serve hot & ready! I do also like how the edge to edge grates help with sliding heavier pots or pans to the back to simmer. We have not used the non-stick griddle, just yet, but the larger burner in the middle has been great. Especially when we use large pots to cook with, the large burner ensures we get the heat we want! We never have to worry about using too many different smaller machines that take up counter space because this range has been able to do it all for us in much larger portions. When friends and family come over, it's the first thing they comment on and I love telling them how great our range is. I would recommend this range to all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gas range in July, and in a few weeks, the wifi feature of the range was dead. Samsung technician had to come 3 times to get it fixed. The technician was not able to get the correct part the first two times. I am a bit concern how long this range will last. My last one (different brand) was still working fine for 12 years but I just wanted a newer one with more features, so I bought this one. Therefore, I am not sure whether I would recommend this product or not.

I LOVE this oven. We picked it for the full stainless top so its easy to clean. It came with the griddle and a roasting basket. The first clean cycle after install smelled horrendous and set off our smoke alarm, but after that its been perfect (they say the first use will smoke a little). The convection is amazing, it cooked cookies perfectly even all the way around. The burners light so fast and put off serious heat.
