[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this range. We use the air fry often. Love that it doesn’t have to heat up. The flex ovens are awesome to have when making dinner. No need to wait to cook two things. Love the griddle for making breakfast on the weekends.

It's very attractive, but there are some things that I do not care for. 1.) the numbers on the dials are very hard to see even with a microwave light turned on. 2.) The surface is beautiful when clean, but you have to clean it literally every time you use a burner. It appears to build up quickly and it requires much more maintenance than our old stoves. 3.) The burners have too many options for different sizes, it's hard to tell where to set the dial as there are 3 options on one burner. As for actual cooking, it does fine, but I'm not sure the issues we have are worth the extra money.

I just got my new oven last Saturday, Jan 13, 2024. I don't like the glass top (it shows everything and the stainless steel doesn't even appear to be real but some kind of film that scratches), and I can't get the air fry or regular bake to work. I can't even get the smartthings app to work either. This is my 2nd Samsung Duo electric oven. I really liked my first one and decided to get a new one 6 years later. However, I'm already having problems with the new one and wish I had chosen a different manufacturer. The oven didn't come with directions and I had to download the manual online and print it out since I haven't been able to get the app to work. I was really excited to get my new oven but now I wish I had chosen a Maytag or Whirlpool. Their customer service is much better and they stand behind their products. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I am waiting for customer service to open this morning and if this problem gets taken care of easily, I will amend this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung flex duo has so many features. Between the split oven, the air fryer, the high output burner, so many features. I was afraid that a lot of these features wouldn't be used. Boy was I wrong. The first weekend we were using the split oven already. Making dinner and appetizers while having the ability to have 2 different temperatures and 2 different timers was a significant time saver. It allowed us with practically zero planning to get dinner ready without stressing over what to put in when and at what temperature and balancing out everything, it was just wonderful to use. The air fryer is just something that's out of this world. I've used small air fryers in the past and they just never worked for what I wanted and recipes never worked because the times were always wrong. This one just works, period! If a recipe says to put it in for 12 minutes at 375 you pull it out at the 12 minute mark and your food is cooked perfectly. I have never had so much joy with one function of any appliance. About the only downside to the air fryer is cleaning the tray that they recommend you use, which is huge, as even if you spray it. Spray it. It collects a lot of food debris which takes on and is slightly painful to clean. Don't get me wrong. I think it's worth it. Regardless of how much work it takes. I would recommend having a stiff brush in order to clean the stainless steel tray that you're supposed to use. The oven like the air fryer seems to be calibrated. Absolutely perfectly temperature-wise as when you follow a recipe and, like the air fryer, if it says 350 for 25 minutes your food is done at 25 minutes. 25 minutes. The burners are phenomenal, especially the high output burner and even the center burner with its oval shape which allows for a nice even spread of heat when using the included skillet or your own. The included skillet is a bit small and hard to cook some foods on like pancakes, but using your own is just as easy. The center burner is long and wide and as long as your skillet fits you can cook on it just fine. The controls for the oven are at the back of the stove which doesn't quite as modern and new as some other ovens but it works just fine. Watch out if you have a pot filler faucet as the off valve ve May hits the top of the back control panel as it is slightly taller than my previous oven. The controls are fairly straightforward and if it requires a full oven, as in no divided, like when you're using the air fryer, it will warn you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get my new Samsung range and the delivery went smoothly I did have to hook it up because they couldn’t do it but other than that it went great and this range is absolutely beautiful I love the stainless steel it’s so shiny and pretty in my kitchen I’m obsessed I like how easy it was to hook up to the wifi and control with the smart app I can turn my oven on and it alerts me when it’s preheated and when it’s turned off that’s a great feature and I really like the digital controls there super easy to use and the oven plays a little tune when it’s preheated and for the timer I like how fast the oven heats up and it has been cooking my food perfect I feel like I get a more even cook on my food I really like how it cooks with the convection oven it makes things cook better I love the airfryer feature on this oven It doesn’t have to preheat and it airfry’s quick and makes things perfect I love the tray it comes with for the airfry feature I really liked the griddle on top of the oven it’s nice to be able to make eggs and grilled cheese it’s very convenient to have a extra middle burner and the burners are great they heat and boil very quick are super easy to light when I turn the handles and Cooks my food great I highly recommend this oven it’s the best one I have ever used it’s amazing and not only is beautiful it cooks great to it fit my space beautifully and it’s so shiny and pretty in my kitchen I think it cooks my food way better and more evenly and the food turns out great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been using this epic oven for a few months now and I can tell you that it has changed the way we cook our meals! What's really great is that middle 5th burner -- we have a small kitchen but I personally have a love for cooking. So when we invite over a handful of families it's always nice to be able to cook a big pot of food or a big tray on that middle burner. I also love the dual oven -- I can cook a dish without firing up the whole oven which is a great way to save on energy and just be more efficient in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this product -- it is solid!

I love this oven. It bakes cookies evenly all the way around! No burnt bottoms and raw middles anymore! The stove burners turn on so easily and can customize a wide range of heat. This set came with a roasting basket and a griddle, which i havent used yet, but both feel like great quality. A huge upgrade from my old oven.
