Love it but no instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Love it but using it properly is trial by error. It didn't come with an instruction guide so trying to figure out settings for top or bottom, convection or regular has been a challenge or I would have given 5 stars.

I bought a similar model and have had nothing but troubles with all my samsung kitchen produxts. The touch screen for my stove is incribly unresponsive and difficult to change temperatures and settings after you start you first setting. Ex if you want to change temp from 425 to 450 it is such a pain. I also have a samsung dishwaher that the top sprayer continuously falls off, like every time it is run. Oh and our 2 yr old microwave handle just broke off. ... just like the one before it but that was 20 yrs old.

Awesome Gas Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit and finish. I especially like the stainless steel around the burners.. looks a lot more expensive than the standard black. Lots of features.. Air Fry.. convection oven.. the ability to proof bread in the oven, Griddle in the center for pancakes, french bread etc.. Connects to "Smart Things"
This review is fantastic! Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. ^Pat
Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Since then I have used the ovens together, seperately, good cooking, I have used the griddle for pancakes, limited to the griddle size but excellent. The air fryer mode is good, needto experiment to get it right.
Beautiful looking range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm happy with my new range, it connected to wifi without issues. Runs beautifully. If anything changes i will update. I love that the knobs are stainless. I ordered an air fry basket from elsewhere because it did not come with one.
A beautiful blend of brains and brawn!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range replaced a 22-year-old unit and holy cow what a difference! Right from the start the display was brighter and crisper which as I got this for my parents, both in their 70s, was almost worth the price of admission by itself. Setup was fantastically simple minus and issue adding the range to the SmartThings app. For some reason I could not get it to pair with my mom's iPhone, however, her tablet paired no problem. As silly as it may be, being able to turn the oven light on and off from the app was a feature that I did not know I wanted for my own range! Being able to remotely set the temp and cook time of the oven is also a very useful feature. Once the range was setup, I turned it to 550°F for three hours to let it burn off any residual manufacturing oils/films. Once that was complete and the oven cooled down, I made cookies. These are my staple cookies and I have probably made something like 40 dozen of them in the past five months, so I am very well versed in how and how long they bake. They came out exactly as I was expecting! The air fryer option is amazing. We made fries and they came out perfect! The fifth center burner is going to be an absolute rockstar when it comes to making pancakes. The last thing I want to call out is the burner grid. All the burners are connected so it makes it super easy to slide pots and pans to different spots on the cooktop. The long list of pros is offset with a couple of cons. The first is that the range is LIGHT, it shifts on the floor with very effort. The other is that the back is pretty much flat with no real recess for the gas line, which comes out of my parents’ wall. This means that the range now sits three inches off the wall, and it blocks one of their drawers from opening. I am presently looking to have the gas line moved so that the range will sit flush and not obstruct their drawer. Both my parents and I are thrilled with this new range.
We're happy you like the range! Your feedback is very important to us. ^Pat
Junk no Support
Just after one year we start having problems with this product we love all the features but after paying this amount of money we had hope to be getting a good quality product not a piece of trash!!! From the moment this product was delivered we had a bad felling the metal frame of this product is made of a thin gage and just cheap. The currant problem is the oven will take forever to heat and it has never been the correct temp sometimes as much as 50 degrees off this is so wrong. We bought the extended warranty that was offered through Consumer Priority Service this is a joke not only is it almost impossible to get in touch with them but when you do they send some of the most unprofessional service techs, The tech came out a month ago and said he had to order the part he would be back 7-10 days now after a month he shows up and doesn't even remember what the problem was, then he has to search his van for the part!!! He does not even have it. So we are still waiting !!! Samsung we have your phones TV's washer and dryer and range but if this is what your products are like we will not be buying anymore...

The Perfect Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is just absolutely amazing, in love with the slick look, integrated air fryer, connectivity and not to mention the fast cooking process for everything. This addition to our kitchen has made our life easier for me and my wife, since we both work and we need to cook daily when we get home, everything cooks faster saving us lots of time compared to our old range. love using the oven for baking for our grandson and also the grill to make him pancakes for breakfast. Also liked that it matches our other Samsung appliances in our kitchen, overall this was a great investment to our home and our family!!
Now I want some pancakes. Thank you for the review. ^Pat
Our family’s fav
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife was looking forward to this purchase for the longest time. Now, I think I can safely say it’s one of her favorite appliances in the kitchen. She is not a seasonal cook but someone who loves to cook food every single day! And the amount of love and warmth she puts into her cooking is amazing! She’s thoroughly enjoying the bells and whistles this stovetop comes with. From the rapid boil feature, to the Wi-Fi accessibility, from the ease of cleaning to the air fry/grill/broil options! She can’t talk enough good things about it especially compared to our previous range! It comes with a gigantic air frying tray (can’t wait to get rid of my teeny tiny machine now), which is enough for a family of 5-6! . Plus, the no preheat is an added feature. The burners heat up pretty fast and the flame is consistent throughout! The rapid boil is a really neat feature! I wasn’t expecting it to be this perfect... weather you’re boiling eggs or making tea, the flame stays consistent!!! Additionally, it also comes with a cast iron griddle and we’ve used that to make some great steaks, pancakes and hash browns for breakfast as well as some nice eggs!!! Overall, a great appliance worth every penny spent!
Such a flexible appliance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't love to cook but I love this thing. First, obviously, it's beautiful. I finally have all matching appliances. I thought having the grills across the entire top was a little weird at first. And honestly, it does make cleanup a little slower. Also a con, they scratched my (not new or fancy) counters when I was holding them & wiping them down (put down a towel first). But it also provides a fantastic flat, heat proof surface for setting down pans, no matter the size. Also, I can make multiple quesadillas at once now, much to my kids' delight! The different size burners will be fantastic when my chef sister comes to visit as well ;). I ordered some stove burner covers to help with the messiest family ever. I'm not sure if they make things easier or more annoying though. The other part I'm so excited about is the built in air fryer. One more small appliance that can be removed from my counter, plus I can air fry a larger quantity at once. And finally, if the insulation is good enough I'll be able to get rid of my toaster/convection oven and continue to use a half oven during our extremely hot summers! As for the kids - they are fascinated with how the door works for opening half or full oven, as well as all the digital-ness of the top buttons.
