This held up very well in my cast iron pan to make sourdough bread.

I ran out of the Sam's bleached parchment paper last night and opened my new roll. What is this? I cooked tater tots on this unbleached version and the oils soaked through. Also, the cutter on the box would not cut cleanly. I had to put the new roll into the old box to cut the paper. Cheap, Sams! Now I have 2 rolls of parchment paper that is going to make me mad every time I use it.

I bake cookies frequently, and only bake on parchment paper. I love being able to purchase the larger rolls.

This is probably the best parchment paper I've used. Holds up really nice when cooking. I prefer it over any others I've purchased.

Love this so wonderful when you are cooking to place in the bottom of you cookie sheet . cookies don't stick and you don't have a big mess. Love it.

I could not figure out what was causing a chemical taste to my biscuits and thought it was the butter. Made a batch without using this unbleached parchment paper and no chemical taste or smell. So, I did an experiment and lo and behold it was this unbleached parchment paper that was causing it. So disappointed. It is also very thin and everything just soaks right through. I will go back to the bleached parchment paper from somewhere else.
