I use this parchment paper for all cooking especially the microwave.

Parchment paper is really good. The cutter on the box is terrible, better have scissors handy, that thing would barely go through wet toilet paper.

Much thinner, leaves a mess, burns easier

I have switched to many unbleached products. This parchment paper is definitely different, but I'm glad it's coated in vegetable oil vs silicone

The white parchment paper from France was the best parchment paper to be found! This is a very poor substitute.
