This was so convenient and tasty

No salad included, the meat tastes processed but it’s edible. The pitas taste sweet and dense.

This gyro kit was a big disappointment to our family. We have had the gyro kit from Aldi and it was a big hit with our family, so I was happy to see a gyro kit at Sam's. For the same price as Aldi, this kit is smaller the second sauce was not very good - we would have preferred double tzatziki. We also felt the pitas were smaller and the portion was definitely smaller as we usually dont use the entire Aldi kit. The meat was good and had good flavors. I would recommend skipping this kit at Sam's and either buy ingredients yourself or seek out the gyro kit Aldi has.

This kit tastes every bit as good as what the fast casual greek restaurants serve around here. I used the skillet method and they came out great. Added leaf lettuce, roma tomatoes and thin onions. I was impressed by the sauces. They were very fresh and authentic. This is a lot of food for the price you can easily pay for one person. In fact, I bought it just for myself and only made half of the kit for dinner.

We hesitantly tried this in hopes saving money day when we were in the mood for Gyros. We were both beyond impressed how delicious it is. We cooked it on the stove top, and added fresh onion. AMAZING!!! We have no desire to go get gyros anywhere else going forward.

Opened it the day I bought it but only used 2 pitas (not bad for store bought). Individually wrapped items back up and sealed in separate zip lock bags to store in fridge. The next day pitas were molded and meat had milky white on some pieces. Threw it all away! Yuck.
