We have been using this brand for a long time. It is actually the only brand we have been using for 7 years. It is costly, however, hey! We should treat our fur babies as family members, right? My dog loves it and he had never had any problems with it in the past. Great digestion/ no allergies and etc. I can mix it with other brands of wet food though. All in all, great doggie food!

We recently switched our dog from Purina One to this and so far, everyone is happy with it! We love it because of the quality ingredients and our chihuahua loves it because of the taste and the small sized pieces that are easy for him to chew. Our dog was an extremely picky one for years (we tried to wean him off of his current food and onto a healthier option several times with no success) but he actually loves this food!!

This is the only brand of dry food my 5.5lb pomeranian will eat. Mostly because he has trouble eating anything bigger (even the small breed line). The only reason I gave it a 4/5 star is because there is no range of flavors for this toy breed line. My dog has had some teeth removed so even though he doesn't necessary chew it thoroughly it's better than bigger kibble. I do wish blue made a softer kibble (if that makes sense) since many small breeds deal with dental issues.

I purchased this for my almost 10 year old yorkie to transition from royal canin approximately one month ago. At first she loved the food and would clean out the bowl, which is unusual for her as she has a very sensitive stomach and has a tendency to be extremely picky when it comes to food and treats. Fast forward to now, she no longer wants to eat any of the food. She hides out in the bedroom majority of the day as I can only assume she isn’t feeling well judging by the amount of times she asks to go outside and the noises I hear coming from her stomach. She is up constantly throughout the night to go out and even with being let out is having accidents inside of the house which are a runny consistency, not to mention she farts constantly and they smell awful. Long story short I would not recommend this food or brand to anyone that values their pets health. I was so excited to try it due to the great reviews I read and the clean ingredients, but have been extremely turned off from this brand.

Today I was buying Blue Life Protection Formula for my three small dogs. They have eaten this food their entire lives. SURPRISE! The Six pound bag is now a FIVE pound bag at the same price, meaning we are paying around seventeen percent more. I am beyond angry that they would pull a chicken move like this. I will be looking for a comparable quality dog food to replace Blue.

We've been buying this product for years keeps our dogs healthy and strong for the age that they are they do enjoy eating this one of them can't eat any other dog food cuz it makes her sick it did meet my expectations we buy this every other week if not monthly I would definitely 100% recommend this to any pet owner that has an older dog

Used this food for my dog as soon as she aged out of their small breed puppy food and it was great for a long time! With their new options we no longer use this food, only complaint was that she refused to eat the small circular balls that are in the bag. I need small breed dog food for mine bc he’s older and he needs the smaller kibbles. Since starting him on this brand, he’s gained 2 lbs!!! Which makes me super happy. Would recommend. I’ve read some bad things about blue buffalo but my dog is healthy.

I have used this kibble for several years from Sam’s, I have had a corgi and a chichuhua(2), and a boxer on this food. I find it is expensive but it is worth the money due to seeing them healthy. They haven’t been sick and they seem to enjoy the dry kibble except the little balls that roll away from the bowl! I also feed them fresh veggies from our garden in the summer months and still supplement with blue buffalo! They haven’t stopped eating it yet! I don’t worry about what is in my kibble, I believe it is wholesome made for my fur babies .
