Our 17yr-old small Dogs have not refused Blue Buffalo. The kibbles are very crunchy, but now we run the portions thru our blender to make it easier to eat for the old guys!

This food has completely upset my dogs stomach and after a week, I finally realized it was this food. After some research, this is extremely common for this brand. I will never buy this product again.

This food made both our dogs sick with diarrhea and temperament changes. And yes, we did phase the food in properly. They went back to normal when we switched to something else.

We tried the Blue Buffalo "Life Protection Formula Chicken & Brown Wild Rice" dry dog food for our Beagles and they really seem to love it. Our dogs had been eating another brand for more than a year and then seemed to take a dislike towards that brand. We switched to Blue Buffalo after some research and the pups are back to normal. We especially liked the no artificial flavors or preservatives, corn, wheat, or soy fillers and that there it was not loaded with by product meals. So far, so good, we have been using for about 6 months

Good size bag, not ginormus like some Sam's club bagged dog food. Still, it's a brand I feel good about giving to my little pup. I've only been a dog mom for a little over a year and I get anxious every time I read a new pet food recall , so far I haven't seen anything involving this brand, and that brings me peace. I also read most dry dog food is stable for many months unless there's signs of discoloration or something. We store this in a large plastic tub with a lid, indoors and in a dry dark area.

I was looking for a new food because my current go-to was out of stock more often than not. Did my research and found Blue Buffalo ranked highly. Happy to find that it's a brand Sam's Club offers and at a great price. After purchasing a small bag at a local pet supplier and finding that my fur baby was happy to eat it, I ordered the big bag from Sam's. Great food, great price, my girl likes it.......Who could ask for anything more?

My almost 5 yr old cocker spaniel has become quite finicky about his food. I have tried several brands of dog food but always come back to Blue Buffalo. I add a tiny amount of fresh chicken to his morsels and he gobbles the food. Doesn’t seem to work quite as well with other brands.

Have been using this product for years. Saw this larger bag, seemed like good deal. I have 3 small dogs. After first feeding all three got diarrhea. Didn’t associate it with food at first. The worst one I put on chicken and rice(cooked) for 4 days. Cleared. Started adding a little of this product with her chicken and rice diarrhea came right back. Took all three off immediately and put on another brand cleared by next day. Since I have never had a problem put product I put in containers. Disposing of the bag, so I couldn’t return. Out $56.

We used to buy Rachel Ray dog food but for some reason, our dogs stopped eating the peas. We had little, hard peas everywhere. Blue has a better list of ingredients, and, they eat all of it! The dogs seem to really like Blue Buffalo, as well. We mix the foods as we switch, and no upset tummies.

This dog food got a 13 year old diabetic dog I was given recently back on her feet. All my dogs have beautiful coats, even her, and she had lots of patches with hair loss My dachshund who is about to be 14 has eaten it most of her life and is extremely healthy. The proof is in the long term results I have seen with my dogs !
