My chihuahua and chiweenie have been using this food since I got them. Both are rescues and the loves of life. I love this food for them,  The smaller bits are easier for them to eat and they just love it! I can give them this food dry and they scarf it down so easily.  I switch off to the other small breed flavor by Blue buffalo and they love them both.  The food keeps their poo solid and less stinky and they never have gas! the ingredients are great and no animal by products.  The food keeps their coats in great condition and have never had any problems with skin irritation or rashes. It's is a little pricey but thankfully they are small and a bag usually last me 3 weeks to a month.  My dogs have maintained a healthy weight and have never complained.

These are excellent for small dogs as the bites are small and I trust this brand because they use quality meats and minimal ingredients. They are a little more expensive then some of the other brands but worth the extra few dollars. My chihuahua has always eaten blue buffalo and he's very healthy.

I had my previous Yorkie on [product:blue-life-protection-formula-dry-dog-food-chicken-&-brown-rice-recipe-small-breed-adult-dogs] and he loved it. He would eat a small amount once in the morning and a bigger bowl in the evening. When I got my rescue dog I thought I would try her on the same type of dog food. I noticed that she acted like she was extremely thirsty and would drink an entire water bowl after every time we came back inside. We took her to the vet and after confirming that she did not have any health issues the vet recommended we try another food because this food tends to have more sodium in it and could be causing her thirst. Once we changed the food she no longer guzzled the water down.

Blue Buffalo is the only dog food I've found that Toby actually likes. Several quality foods gave him gastrointestinal problems but this one doesn't. He doesn't overeat or eat inappropriate things so I believe it to also be good for him. While I'm not going to say that his coat absolutely glows or anything, it looks the same as when I've fed him other quality foods. Toby likes the Whitefish recipe better but he says this one is yummy and for the price, I'm pleased to get this one.

I cannot say enough good things about this food! Winston is a super sensitive pup when it comes to food and this food not only is soft on his stomach but he looks and acts so much healthier. His coat is shiny and he has a lot more energy. Recommend this to all my pup moms and dads!

My fur baby, Pepper, loves this food. I tried to get a picture of her eating it, but she was wiggling too much. That's how much she loves it. You can see her coat is shiny and she is very healthy. She has never had issues with digestion. I like that it comes in smaller bags, because she her portions are small and the food remains fresh to the end. I also appreciate the price, which is not cheap, but reasonable for what I'm getting.

My little Roxy loves this one over all others. She has tried almost every flavor of blue buffalo, but this is the only one she seems to really get excited for. This is a great buy and based on how much Roxy loves it, I would encourage all dog owners to make the right choice and get only the best for their pups.

Today I was buying Blue Life Protection Formula for my three small dogs. They have eaten this food their entire lives. SURPRISE! The Six pound bag is now a FIVE pound bag at the same price, meaning we are paying around seventeen percent more. I am beyond angry that they would pull a chicken move like this. I will be looking for a comparable quality dog food to replace Blue.

My fur baby loves Blue Buffalo! He unfortunately has a very weak stomach and this is the only brand he can tolerate. It is a little pricey BUT is worth every penny because not only does he and his stomach approve, but I believe it's what has helped keep him so healthy and youthful in his 10+ years.
