It works fine but it is insanely loud. I’ve never heard an air conditioner this loud in my life. Will be returning.

We bought this for a young couple. It was shipped quickly, easily installed and works perfectly! Great product, price and transaction!

Better than a fan but not by much. Bought during an extreme heat wave and didn't want to shop around. Bedroom is about 250 sf or less, but temp is still pretty warm.

It was a life saver when our a/c went out and it took 2 weeks to get a new one. We still use it in the bedroom for sleeping during the day so the rest of the house doesn't have to keep too cool.

I bought this cause the description said "quiet operation". NOT! Like all window a/c it's noisy. Other than that, this a/c cools our room quickly. Simple to operate, just turn the knobs. Our room is about 12 X 15 feet.

this window ac is kinda quiet but does not get very cold at all! very disappointed, i needed one bad for the place im renting, it just doesnt get vey cold :/

We only have a small area to cool and this unit works great. The windows are small and it fit perfectly. Since it was not the energy efficient model it didn't come with the foam panels but we used double bubble insulation and through-the-roof caulk to seal around it. The double bubble will probably work better anyway. No complaints after a month of use.

This little unit is amazing! Its very small but powerful. Designed to cool a 150sq room, we are currently waiting on a new ac unit and our house has beeb 90 degrees inside. And hotter than outside. Once we installed this unit on the lower level of a townhome, it took the temperature down to 78, and by the second day it was down to 75. If we want it cooler, we do have to utilize a fan which combined brings our entire downstairs (living room/dining room/kitchen/entry way open concept easily about 800-1000sq alone.) as soon as you walk into our front door you feel how cool it is on the lower level. Obviously since its a smaller unit designed for a bedroom, if i use the gas stove it heats up, but it cools down quickly within an hour or two after the stove is off. I highly recommend, but if you want it super cold, definitely get a bigger unit. We keep our home on 72-74 anyway so for us its perfect.

Works great in our bedroom! It’s not for large spaces. Love not having to track the whereabouts of another remote! We don’t use our window air conditioners much (no air when it’s under 80 degrees), but this little fellow has been a real workhorse for us. Thanks Sams for getting it all ready for me to pick up early in the morning!!

Cools like a champ. I recommend the next model up (Sam's has it) only because 1. the knobs are so hard to turn! Almost ridiculously hard. 2. It's simply too loud even on the lowest setting. Grateful to have a less expensive option though! I wish I could trade up!
