I have had several small window air conditioners for a 5000 but I have never had anything that comes close to it I have to tell Alexa to cut it off sometimes it gets to cold I would buy it again even though I have never heard of that brand bought mine last year they have went up like everything else buy you want you want be disappointed it is little but don’t let that fool you it cools our bedroom almost to good put a Amazon smart plug on it and let Alexa cut it off when it gets to cold in middle of the night Highly Recommend it

It doesn't work very well, even as small as my room is. I got this to supplement my central AC and I've noticed that my room actually stays warmer than the rest of the house now. This unit would be helpful if you had no other AC, but it doesn't cool the air much and it's very loud.

Do not buy this for a bedroom if you want to sleep at night. When the compressor kicks on it makes a terrible "clicking sound" similar to rats trying to scratch their way out. I like having a window air unit when sleeping with the typical low hum "brown noise" that helps me sleep BUT this unit is HORRIBLE!!!

I bought this unit for my daughter's bedroom. I assembled it, turned it on, set in the coolest setting , and closed the door to let it cool the room. Hours later I returned to find a hot room. I adjusted the vents, maybe it was just getting started. I looked at the trouble shooting, which suggested to give it time of it is a warm room. Nope it was blowing, but not cold air...or even cool air. Gave it all day, for sure when it cools off at night the unit will start pumping out the cool air. Nope. Waste of money, does not even curriculate the air to make the room cooler. The fan I purchased for a fraction of the price does better cooling the room. Not worth the money.

Bought two of these at my local store this morning as we are waiting for our central unit to be repaired. Installed both promptly and both exact same way (using provided instructions). One is working well - very cool air. The other is not cooling at all - compressor comes on and fan works but air is not cool at all. Tried all the provided troubleshooting tips but am going to have to return it. Will try an exchange probably. Just hope the replacement works.

Works great in our bedroom! It’s not for large spaces. Love not having to track the whereabouts of another remote! We don’t use our window air conditioners much (no air when it’s under 80 degrees), but this little fellow has been a real workhorse for us. Thanks Sams for getting it all ready for me to pick up early in the morning!!

Simple unit with no bells and whistles. Have been using it for a month and it has worked beautifully. It was originally bought to run a few hours at night to keep my bedroom cold (thank you menopause), then our home a/c unit started acting up and it became a full-time work horse. My room is 221 sf. This unit keeps my room at 64 degrees at night and 70 during the day.
