It's premium dog food at the best price I can find. My dogs are happy with it. The price/bag is over the new $50 purchase minimum to receive free shipping. (Free shipping used to be covered with a Prime membership fee - but not now.). It's a heavy bag for me so it's nice to have it delivered. I was surprised to find the bag intact because the box used was huge and got smashed and torn up - no packing was used to speak of (just a few feet of that brown paper got flattened and did nothing). FedEx had to repack. They must have used half a roll of tape! Sorry I didn't take pictures.

Our dogs prefer Blue Buffalo brand dry dog food over most other brands. Our dogs have food sensitivities and a lot of others brands left our dogs with no energy or super gassy. No one likes a gassy dog! We believe the ingredients in Blue Buffalo are simple, wholesome and overall a great balance of nutrients for their everyday needs. We started them on the Blue Buffalo puppy food and will likely switch to the Blue Buffalo for older dogs soon. Trusting one company to supply the nutrients for our dogs well-being throughout their whole life gives us the benefit of enjoying their company for many years!

We give Blue Buffalo dry food to our 4-1/2 year old male Boxer Tucker and he loves it. Occasionally we mix the dry Blue Buffalo with a partial can of BB canned dog food. He does not receive table scraps nor do we “Free Feed” him. Tucker is fed a lite breakfast ((8:00AM) and receives his main meal around 6:00 PM. He is very active, maintains his weight (76 to 80 pounds), coat is healthy and shiny, eyes are clear and teeth are good. We’d definitely recommend this food and buying from Sams makes feeding Blue Buffalo very competitive on a cost per day basis.

Our dogs love Blue. I usually have to add something to the kibble for them to eat it. They eat Blue right out of bag as is. Blue was recommended to us because a couple of the dogs have allergic reactions to kibble and were throwing up and scratching. So far it seems like Blue agrees with them and they like it.

I checked around at different places for pricing of Blue Buffalo and Sam's Club was the best price for the size of the bag but.........after 3 days of eating Blue Buffalo mixed with the food my dog was eating (Purina Bright Minds) my dog refused to eat. I tried to get him to eat for 30 minutes and he would not eat it.

Great Food, raised my 19 year old Papillon on Blue and I believe that feeding her Great Healthy Dog Food is responsible. Of course she had her physicals every year and when in question I would take to vet. She was a tripod for the last 5 years of her life. Her right front leg had a cancer tumor. The decision to amputate was discussed. The cancer was the type that did not spread. Also he could save the shoulder because tumor was located on lower part of leg. Picked her up after a couple days and she was ready to run so I had a talk with her. She did Great... After a few weeks her stitches came out. Got home and she jumped in the pool, she loved swimming more than running... She actually moved her three legs in a rhythm to prevent listing to one side. I could tell more of my Amazing Little Dog Mya... I could go on for hours about her but I won't Just Thank You for making a DOG FOOD that enabled Mya and Cindy(that's me) to have the Best Times, Great Adventures and Wonderful Fun and Travel... I purchased this food yesterday and opened the bag today. The bag’s expiration date said 2022. When I went to scoop a cup for my dog the kibble was moldy, with green and white fuzzy mold on all the kibble. It was also moist and smelled rotten. I’m returning the bag to my local Sam’s Club and also let Blue Buffalo know. Be careful!

My sons malimute loves this food, The cheaper dog food like Ole Roy really upset his stomach, but when my son changed him to this food he didn't have any more issues and had a normal digestive system. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the cost. Dog food should not be so expensive this will easily cost 100 a month when the dog is full grown. It isn't a 50 lb bag it is 38 lbs. I could understand price a bit better if it was 50 lbs. I looked for instant savings days to get it on sale and stock up.

The dogs were used to a lesser quality food. I received this as a surprise from family. It was slowly introduced, mixed in with their customary food. Now that this is the only food used, they come running when it's being placed in their bowls. Running like when you say the word TREAT (which is normally spelled).
