I shave been giving my dog this since a puppy. She recently became an adult ( roughly 5 or 6 months ago) so we changed over to adult food. She loves the food but leaves the little dark brown pellets on the floor. I feel like it’s wasting money because she doesn’t eat that part. Do you have a version without the mineral pellets? If not maybe you should consider making it sine I read quite a few reviews with the same issue. Hopefully this can be resolved soon because I really don’t want to have to change her food. I like feeding my dog something that's healthy and good for her. We know some people who work for Blue Buffalo and they said they literally test their food in a lineup of hungry dogs with bowls full of other food and dogs choose their food 9/10 times. Pretty cool!

I stocked up on this in March when dog food was flying off the shelves and my options were limited dur to Corona Virus. My dog, who is a chocolate lab (and not a picky eater), hated it. I would put the food in her dish and it would sit there until she finally got hungry enough to eat some of it (never finishing the whole dish). Thankfully we got through the bag and are back to Diamond Naturals or Taste of the Wild which she find far more palatable.

Slowly switched to a new bag of this product from Sams Club Exceed Lamb and Rice that they normally eat without problems. Sams would only allow one bag of each dog food during COVID so with three LARGE dogs I bought one of each to keep me from having to return to the store so often. What a mistake!! Dogs didn't like it that much but they ate it. All three have been nearly 2 weeks with explosive diarrhea and the worst gas I have ever encountered... with three dogs letting off constant gas it is unbearable. One dog started losing his hair on his back as well. These are otherwise healthy, well cared for dogs. I stopped the dog food a couple days ago when I finally figured out that is what it was. Feeding them homemade rice, pumpkin, chicken for now till they get well again. Two of these dogs are old 12 and 14. It could have killed them. Here I am paying 40 bucks of a bag of this stuff and it does this. Do not buy this junk!!

We have been feeding our dog this food for about a year. He developed an allergy to his previous food and we tried Blue Buffalo. He gets so excited when it is time to eat, he runs in circles! There have been no digestive issues and he tolerates this food well. I have no problems purchasing this dog food as it is sold in every store I shop, including big box stores.

This has been the best dog food for our three small dogs. We have gone through several brands, even some of the special brands from the Pet Stores. But Blue Buffalo has been hands down the best. Our dogs have sensitive stomachs, and since starting this food- they have had minimum episodes.

I bought a bag of this for my three dogs and not one of them will eat it. Even if I mix it with wet food or put a chicken topper or beef broth on it I've even tried cheese and none of them will eat it. It could just be my dogs but three out of three says something

I bought this food for my maltese about 3 months ago when I could not find her usual Royal Canin. She likes the food except for the Life bits. Since she is not eating the life bits, she is not getting the vitamins and nutrition she needs so I’m still looking for the best food for her. She also has thrown up her food a few times because of a sensitive stomach.

I thought that blue buffalo was an amazing brand. It did seem to work for our pup. However I have seen some horrible things happen to friends' pets after having this food. It can make your dog terribly sick. Not as natural as they make themselves out to be.

What does it like a good meal? This is one of them one thing that I love about this product guess how natural organic it is it's not fake. I'd rather have my dog eat what I can literally eat. If I really wanted to texture packaging is amazing that I would recommend is that you should always give your dog a sample before you actually put the whole thing in rather then you not knowing if they don't like it or if they want it and also so you can get a refund if that's possible for your nearby store.
