I thought that blue buffalo was an amazing brand. It did seem to work for our pup. However I have seen some horrible things happen to friends' pets after having this food. It can make your dog terribly sick. Not as natural as they make themselves out to be.

I liked the ingredients, sadly my dogs did not. One pup would eat it but then had endless digestive issues (this is long after weaning her on it), the other pup ate through half the bag with a "meh" attitude. Finally, pup #2 quit cold turkey and refused to eat any of it, regardless of what else I tried to mix in with it.

I use Blue Buffalo with all my dogs. This is the only brand I trust. I had bad experience with other brands and is not easy seen your babies getting sick due to what they eat. I felt so guilty when the veterinarian told me it was the food that was getting my dogs sick, as soon as we changed their food to Blue Buffalo everything stoped and they are very healthy. Thanks to the natural healthy food that last is in it.

This is our current choice of dry food for our 55lb pitbull. Our trainer recommended this. We feed him twice a day, (1cup morning and 1cup at night), the switch was easy and he took to it well. A big bag lasts as a little while, and is pretty average in price. Would definitely recommend though

This is the particular food that I have chosen to feed my dog during this time of his life. He likes it very much. I did some research on it and they say it's one of the best options for dogs. I would recommend it. I have fed it to some of his dog friends and they have eaten it right up.

My little Jack Russell loves this food. He’s been on Blue Buffalo since he was a puppy! One of the best natural dog foods out there. I got a response for Lexus. When you introduce new dog food to any dog, you should do it a little at a time first to see if your dog will like. Most dogs are like that. They get stuck to whatever you get them used to. If you have any dog on a certain food for a while, that’s all they’re going to want eat. I had done that while back too. I bought my dog Nature’s Domain by Kirkland because it was a better bargain for natural dog food, but my dog wasn’t having it. He got stuck on the Blue Buffalo.

My mini Aussie loves this food. I used to have her on a mix of Purina and Iams as a puppy, but it didn't seem to agree with her stomach so I switched her to this and she's been wolfing it down ever since! She dances sometimes when she sees her food coming out. And half the time I'm not sure she even chews it all because she's trying to set a personal record for how fast she can eat it.

Our pup is super picky when it comes to the type of dog food she eats. She won't eat anything that has a weird texture or weird shape. Blue Buffalo chicken and brown rice is her favorite and the only thing she will eat without having an upset stomach.

So when I got my dog 10 years ago we just fed him regular average dog food. However he was constantly trying to eat his own poop. We spoke to a vet and they suggested a vitamin. The vitamin didnt change anything. The vet we spoke to after suggested blue buffalo. Its expensive but it actually worked! Try it yourself, it's worth it!

My dog has been eating Blue Buffalo for over a year and he always separates the little blue berry looking pellets. What is in them? I thought he was being picky and tried feeding it to him manually and he would not eat them. Is their other kind of dog food that does not have these weird pellets?. Thank you Veronica
