My dogs seem to prefer this brand and flavor of dog food over many others that we have let them try. They finish their bowls in the morning and at night, which cannot be said for other dry food brands. I especially like this food because it is gentle on their bellies.

I've been trying out new dog foods to find one to suit the dogs well, one has problems with gas do to the dog food, hence the switching of foods. This one was okay on his stomach but the issue was these black pellets in the food. Neither one of the dogs would eat these pellets and would end up all over the floor. Literally felt like you stepped on a Lego if you got a few together. There is quite a few of them in the bag so I felt like I probably only got half of the foods worth that I bought out of the bag because that's all they would eat.

This is the only type I've been feeding my one dog and when I got my second one the difference was apparent. Theres less wasted product in this food because my dogs are able to absorb more of the nutrients (poop less). Plus it smells like actual food not the weird chemical smell that some pet foods have.

I was a fan of this for my dogs. For one of them it worked really well (but she would eat literally ANYTHING). My other dog, this food made her really sick. She has a really sensitive stomach so I would not say the food was bad, it just really doesn't work for her.

We feed this to our Havanese, and this is the only food she loves. She's a very picky eater with a sensitive stomach and this food has worked best for her. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it to give her quality nutrition that she will actually eat.

LOL In reference to Kim N's review (rating 1) regarding her dog gets a mouth full of the dog food, drops the food on the floor and eats around the life bits, my dog does exactly the same thing. I'm constantly picking them up off my new living room carpet, kitchen floor and in the dog pen. It's somewhat annoying. Since I had purchased the 15lb. bag that was somewhat pricey, I will have to put up with the life bits until I'm low on dog food and it is time find/purchase another type of dog food my dog does not have to pick through and make a mess.

I feel bad for giving my dogs grain all these years.  However, if you're OK with that and don't want any mystery meal in their food, this is a good option.  It's not going to improve their coat or their joint health if they're on a similar brand, but it will probably save you money over a competitor.

Been buying Blue Buffalo for my fog since she was a pup. Started her on the puppy formula and now she's using this adult one. She has a sensitive stomach and this formula doesn't cause any reactions. Plus the ingredient list is impressive. Won't use anything else

I bought this food trying to improve my shepherd mixes coat and weight he has doubled the coat with no more dandruff and his weight he's put on the healthy muscle and weight he needed. He is doing amazing and no longer has tummy issues. Love this food tried other high end foods with no results but Bear loves this food and is doing amazing can't thank you all enough. I needed a food that was salmon free for my allergies and you all went above and beyond to check and make sure I would be ok. Thank you for only using USA ingredients and making this food here will always feed blue.

My dog really likes to eat it. We are able to get it at a reasonable price. It keeps him healthy and his coat looks nice and shiny. I like that there is a version that is not grain free. I will buy this formula until we need to switch him to the senior formula.
