I tried mixing this with ProPlan focus and it gave at least half my dogs diarrhea and by the time the mix got up to a ratio of one to three. Then the FDA came out with the report on grain free causing heart disease and it was one of the top contributors. So no I would not by it again.

I had switched my dogs from this brand to another for cost. They would wait until they were too hungry to eat it. I switched back to blue buffalo and they enthusiastically follow me around when they see I’m about to fill their bowl. They love this food and I feel comfortable with the ingredients too.

I’ve tried to find an affordable option for my pups and I think I will be sticking with Blue Buffalo. They enjoy the taste but not the little life bits too much. I love the ingredients that are in this brand and I am so glad for the list of what is NOT in this dog food.

We adopted a large dog that has lived outside most of its life. She came with our new house. Sluggish and sad plus very overweight. We continued with the other brand of dry food she was eating for a bit and introduced Blue Buffalo Adult dry formula life. It has been over a year now and she has the shiniest coat, Happy tail with a spunk about her that tells us how silly and happy she is. 10+ yrs. old. We love BBuffalo even for our 2 Boston Terriers that are 11 and 12 yrs. Small breed Formula.

The product itself and the price are excellent. I ordered this on line and it arrived in box with the bag ripped and the contents spilled out. I called and complained and they sent me a replacement. This also arrived in a box that was falling apart and ripped. Plus the delivery person left it on my walkway rather than putting it on the porch, probably because it was heavy and they couldn't move the box. Either way, not satisfied with shipping. Definitely needs improvement!

Been using this few years now in combo with either a canned or natural style (fresh) dog food as a mix-in, etc. I buy it from Sam's as my dog is large (75lb Shepherd), and Sam's sells in a larger bag than most other vendors, so it lasts longer and is a better value too. This dog kibble is consistently highly rated by veterinarians and animal welfare/pet organizations online, and I asked the vet if he'd recommend any other type/brand of dog kibble or diet mix for keeping my 4yr old dog healthy as she ages. "Nope, just keep doing what you are doing."

We rescued our dog. She was severy malnourished. This is the food they we feeding her. We researched and found it to be a great product to continue feeling her. We added the members mark canned chicken too. 2 years later we are still feeding hwr Blue Buffalo and adding chicken. Her skin got better and her coat is so shiney. Shes never had anything else and never will.

My dog loves this food he immediately ate the whole bowl when I put it out for him . He never does that with the other brands. He's a German Shepherd seven years old . He also stopping scratching himself . I guess he was allergic to the other dog foods .

We feel like this dog food changed the health of our dog. He seemed to be so weak and less active that we thought because he was old, about 15 years old, he was nearing the end of his life. Sam`s put this dog food on sale and was out of the one we usually bought, so we bought the Blue Buffalo instead. In less than a week, Scoobie was becoming more active and back to life. We often are amazed of the huge change in his quality of life. We are so grateful.

I purchased this brand for the first time based on all the good ingredients. My dogs LOVE it and definitely prefer it over the other dog food they ate before. I have to make sure they don't over indulge. They are happy and seem to be doing well. I haven't noticed any adverse effects.
