Visually, it is an absolute home run. The customizable panels completely transformed the look of my kitchen, and the massive 30 cubic feet of storage space handles groceries effortlessly. The dual ice maker (especially the Ice Bites) is fantastic and highly reliable.However, the AutoFill water pitcher inside the Beverage Center has been a recurring headache. It frequently stops filling completely or only fills up halfway. After some troubleshooting, I discovered the issue is incredibly finicky—condensation or a tiny bit of spilled water triggers the moisture leak sensor in the tray below, completely shutting off the water line to prevent a flood.Every time this happens, I have to pull out the pitcher, completely dry out the tray compartment with a towel or cool hairdryer, and make sure the tiny rubber drain plug underneath is empty before it decides to work again. While it is an easy fix once you know what to do, a premium refrigerator shouldn't require this much manual maintenance just to get a cold pitcher of water.If you are buying this for the flawless convenience of a self-filling pitcher, be prepared to baby it. Otherwise, the cooling performance, ice production, and sleek aesthetics make it a great fridge overall.

Never had any issues with it, so I definitely recommend it for your family to help you keeping your produce, fresh, beverages cold, and the freezes without the ice build up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely love this refrigerator. There's a ton of space, but more importantly, the layout actually makes sense. Stuff doesn't get shoved into some dark corner and rediscovered three months later looking like a science experiment. Everything has a place, it's easy to see what you have, and it's easy to reach, which I really appreciate. The Quick Chill feature is one of those things I didn't think I'd care much about, but I use it all the time. I also love being able to check the fridge, change settings, and control things from my phone. It's especially nice from an accessibility standpoint because I don't have to stand there messing with controls every time I want to change something. Plus, controlling my refrigerator from the couch still hasn't gotten old. The Beverage Center is probably one of my favorite parts. I use it for teas, fruit-infused water, and whatever else I decide to throw together. I honestly didn't think I needed a dedicated beverage area until I had one, and now I'd definitely miss it. I've had mine for almost two years now and haven't had a single problem with it. No weird issues, no repairs, nothing. It's just worked consistently the entire time, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give an appliance. The only thing I can really complain about is how often I end up changing the water filter, but honestly that might be more of a “my city water” problem than a refrigerator problem. 😂 And considering how clean and refreshing the water tastes coming out of it, I'm not exactly mad about the filter doing its job. Without it, who knows what I'd be drinking. I did buy the 5-year extended warranty just in case, because with something this expensive I'd rather have it and not need it. At this point though, I honestly doubt I'll ever use it. I'll probably end up upgrading to the newer one with the screen before this one gives me a reason to. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Great space, great organization, useful smart features, clean-tasting water, and almost two years in it's still been completely reliable. Now I just need to stop looking at the version with the screen before I talk myself into buying another refrigerator. 😂

The Bev center makes it so easy to get water and fill up various containers. Accessibility is second to none ergonomics are great. Cooling and ice making are superb. The consistency in which it makes ice, incredible. Being able to customize the color scheme makes it the center piece of the kitchen!

Love the option to change door colors. Beverage center is always ready to use and super easy to access that. Cooling temps are exactly what it says. Water filter is consistent with what the label reads as far as when to change. Everything about this gridge is accessable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful with lots of space good lighting and keeps everything nice and cold don't have to worry about food going bad things are easy to get to there's plenty of space so I'm not constantly digging for things or moving things around and it was easy to fit in my kitchen I can get to it perfectly even though I'm in a wheelchair and I just know what to expect whenever I open the fridge it's consistently good. Very easy to customize and personalize
