It is a sharp upgrade, provided you are willing to trade raw storage volume for the flush, counter-depth profile.

I love the design and the brand, but after owning this refrigerator for nearly a month, the ice maker is not functioning properly. It never reaches its designated capacity and consistently underperforms compared to the fridge it replaced. We are reaching out to request service.

We got the white glass in our white kitchen and it looks amazing, and it is enormous. We are going from a side by side and we have needed more fridge space for a long time, this looks like will be exactly what we wanted space wise, as well as convenience with the whole fridge part being on top. The water dispenser and pitcher was also appealing as it is hidden but conveniently located without having to open the fridge fully. Hoping this fridge lasts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the fridge since 2023 and it works amazing love it the pitcher beverage area is amazing and fits my family needs better than what I had before and the fact that it makes 2 types of ice as well is great. The way the fridge opens up it makes it easy to see and organise your products and everyday need. The fact that you can also switch out the panels as well to fit your style will always give you the perfect look that you want.

I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big capacity provides excellent cooling settings to both fridge and freezer, great efficiency with very easy customization to set up and maintain worth for the price has a good dispensing I love it and I recommend it to everyone, you can change door stainless steel panels to the colorful glass panels making look prettier than it is combining with your kitchen colors . Also have beverage center with Water pitcher at door very fancy and nice auto pitcher filled and auto ice maker option it's a great acquisition it's my second one I upgraded it and I love everything about it very convenient for family who enjoy fridge with a great space.

There's plenty of space and storage, but I appreciate how we can adjust the shelving to our needs. Even when the door is open for longer, there is not condensation and the fridge cools really fast! The water from the beverage dispenser is also always cold!

Stuff doesn't get shoved into some dark corner and rediscovered three months later looking like a science experiment. Everything has a place, it's easy to see what you have, and it's easy to reach, which I really appreciate. The Quick Chill feature is one of those things I didn't think I'd care much about, but I use it all the time. I also love being able to check the fridge, change settings, and control things from my phone. It's especially nice from an accessibility standpoint because I don't have to stand there messing with controls every time I want to change something. Plus, controlling my refrigerator from the couch still hasn't gotten old. The Beverage Center is probably one of my favorite parts. I use it for teas, fruit-infused water, and whatever else I decide to throw together. I honestly didn't think I needed a dedicated beverage area until I had one, and now I'd definitely miss it. I've had mine for almost two years now and haven't had a single problem with it. No weird issues, no repairs, nothing. It's just worked consistently the entire time, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give an appliance. The only thing I can really complain about is how often I end up changing the water filter, but honestly that might be more of a “my city water” problem than a refrigerator problem. 😂 And considering how clean and refreshing the water tastes coming out of it, I'm not exactly mad about the filter doing its job. Without it, who knows what I'd be drinking. I did buy the 5-year extended warranty just in case, because with something this expensive I'd rather have it and not need it. At this point though, I honestly doubt I'll ever use it. I'll probably end up upgrading to the newer one with the screen before this one gives me a reason to. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Great space, great organization, useful smart features, clean-tasting water, and almost two years in it's still been completely reliable. Now I just need to stop looking at the version with the screen before I talk myself into buying another refrigerator. 😂
