This review is for counter depth with beverage center. This is a failed design. Samsung fails to acknowledge this is a failure on their part. The fridge is functional to be counter depth. The design of the doors make it hit counters damaging fridge and counters. The only way this will not fit is to move it 4-6 inches from wall to keep from hitting. This makes it pointless as a counter depth. I paid extra for the counter depth and it must stick out as much as standard depth to clear counter. I put a 2x4 behind fridge to keep it off all enough to clear counters. I'm a loyal samsung customer (tvs, dvd players, phones, computers, appliances, pretty much everything samsung) and this purchase makes me want to leave samsung permanently. This is a FALSE ADVERTISED REFRIGERATOR. If you want this design DO NOT GET COUNTER DEPTH. Samsung does not care about their customers satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is innovative. The beverage center is wonderful, love being able to fill up a water bottle quickly with the picture. Having two different types of ice is neat. Inside the fridge the drawers glide nicely and one gets a variety of choices to place foodstuffs. The size is wonderful for a large family.

We noticed very early after receiving the refrigerator that food was not keeping as it should. We saw from other reviews that temperature maintenance was an issue with some Samsung models. We purchased a digital thermometer that would record high, low, and current temp and placed it in the back of the refrigerator. We learned temperatures varied widely, rarely, if ever, getting to the refrigerator setting (see attached photo). We worked around this by keeping very perishable items in our old 12 year old Samsung we moved to our garage. Recently we opened the freezer to see one of the ice makers was leaving a sheet of ice, rather than cubes. Unfortunately, because the unit was installed in June of 2024 and it is now October of 2025, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year, we are faced with the cost of diagnosis, repair (if possible), or purchasing a new unit. I am disappointed that such a costly product does not function as it should and needs service or replacement within such a short amount of time. I do not recommend this product.

We purchased our Bespoke counter depth refrigerator almost 1 year ago. We love the beverage centre; the automatic auto refill. Shelving is well designed. Guests are always impressed when we offer them small or large ice cubes ! storage is excellent both fridge and freezer. Definitely recommend.

It is equipped with AI features and can be operated with the Smart App as well like temperature, ice mahjong etc. It does make beep sound if opens continue for few minutes. The compartments could have been little better with more spacious as some of them like in the door are not much useful due to its configuration. Overall great with enough capacity including freezer.

We had had this refrigerator for a year now. It is totally wonderful. The ice making is plentiful and love the two different size cubes. The space is excellent. There are just two things that would make this the ultimate perfect refrigerator. 1. The interior upper shelf could use a touch of adjustability. Even though we love the drop-back shelf, the upper has no adjustment. If it had even just one additional level to put it on the would be fantastic. 2. I would love to see this in a one single door instead of the French doors. If anyone has ever had a full 36" single door, they know how much better it is and why. The doors on the French door hold MUCH LESS than one single door, due to all the sidings and middle beam necessary on French doors. The cost of manufacturing is also higher. More plastic, more hinges, and more to break. The single door just much offers more space on the door. With any fridge the space is the most important feature. The single door just has more space. Please offer a few models again, especially this high-end model, in a single door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the largest refrigerator I've owned, and I love it. The length of the drawers has been particularly nice. The hidden beverage center also appeals to me because of how sleek and nice the exterior remains.

One area for improvement is the lower crisper drawers: to open these, both upper doors have to be opened. We love the pitcher in the door for filtered water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful finish on the fridge. I can write messages, grocery lists and whatnot in dry erase pens and it cleans up fast. Ice maker keeps me in ice in both cubed and smaller chips, I love it. The temps stay how I set them and I like that the fridge chimes when I leave the doors open by accident. I also love how it is connected in my Smart Things app. Amazing technology. The water filter is also the easiest I have ever replaced. This is a great fridge and freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving the white glass look of this fridge. The beverage center is very convenient and plenty of space inside. The only downside is you have to open both doors to open the bottom right drawer inside the fridge, the drawer length is longer than the opening of the right door.
