[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for a month and we love it. The fridge layout fits our life so well. The quick access door, the shelf dimensions and the ice in the freezer. My only complaint is that the alarm is too loud but once it's left open by accident I will be thankful for it. Hoping it lasts us a long time like our previous Samsung fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for almost 1 month. I do love the glass panels to write notes on & I love the beverage center! You never know how much you are going to love something until you have it. With our old fridge, the icemaker did not work, so I had to fill a gallon jug each day for the countertop ice maker. Now when I have to use that or fill the dog bowl - it is just so easy to pour & the pitcher fills itself. I do wish this fridge could keep up with my ice use. It cannot keep up with me, I still have to use the countertop ice maker. Also, in my opinion the top shelf seems a little flimsy. I would not put heavy items up there. Also, I wish the freezer had a convenient pull out type drawer on the freezer door, like my old fridge had. I do love how you can control the fridge from the app.

The delivery personnel brought it into our house and put it inplace and hooked up the water and power. No other installation services were done. I had to put in all the shelves and vegetable and keeper bins. Once I completed this installation of the shelves and bins I began to read the instructions for setting the temps and other accessories. Only the included instructions did not contain those instructions anywhere in the enclosed information. I had to go online to find them. I guess if ahd a smartphone I could have got them on my smartphone. But I don't own a smartphone!! So I had to go to my computer and research for them. Not terribly happy with the lack of complete setup withthe delivery personnel nor I particularily happ with the lack of a complete operation Manual being included with the Refrigerator. Those dislikes not withstanding we are completely satisfied with the refrigerator.

great fridge, has enough room for 2 primary cooks in the home to house all their ingredients. the beverage center is amazing to hide it from external bacteria and still make it look sleek. the ice makers are amazing due to the 2 different types of ice and the room the freezer holds.

I love how there's so much room to organize everything and shelves for every item. The freezer has loads of space, and the ice cube center is brilliant! The style is super chic, and I love the handless design. You can't go wrong with this choice. I know I'll enjoy this fridge for years to come.

The two different sizes of ice is a nice feature, but it doesn’t produce enough of either size ice to keep up with demand in a two adult household. I wish I would have bought a cheaper refrigerator since I still need to buy ice. Not sure what advantage the Wi-Fi connection is, the only thing you can really do, is turn the ice maker on and off. It doesn’t warn you if the internal temperature exceeds a certain setting, and it won’t even tell you the current temperature of the refrigerator or freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge it works good and has lots space. Only issue is the water pitcher if it has water in it for awhile it draws flavors from thing in fridge. It could be more sealed. Other than that so far it works amazingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my Bespoke with Beverage Center for a few months now and truly like it a lot. I removed the right half of middle shelf (so my gallons of milk could sit on bottom shelf) and I find I feel safer putting a brace under the center edge of left part when I put items on the 1/2 shelf. It fits good but just doesn't seem to be as strong without the other 1/2 hooked onto it. I also wish fridge had more levels for the shelves IE: stagger the shelves if needed or wanted. I really like no handles with crumb catcher corners! Fingerprints are no problem, we have learned to open by upper and lower finger pulls rather than touching the front. The ice bin is fantastic! I never run out of ice any more! Very easy to turn ice maker on/off. I have always liked having freezer on the bottom and this one does not fail either! It is so large and holds so much. The beverage center is the biggest factor we bought this specific fridge. The fact I can open the little door for water and frequently used small items rather than the big door is great. When we saw this one in the store , with all the features, we knew it was the one we wanted for sure!

The only con I've found with it is the lower right drawer in the fridge section has to have both doors open in order to slide out. All other drawers only need one door open. I feel like some engineer somewhere took a nap at the wrong time.
