It’s just at an awkward height so I have to slightly bend down to reach the bottom hand hold or reach way up top. This wouldn’t be a problem if I got the extra drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Pleased with our fridge! We have been using it for about a month and are very pleased with it. It is very spacious and well laid out. Love the water pitcher that automatically refills. It is used very often. Also like the two different sizes of ice cubes. Its just a very good and well thought out refrigerator. The only one slight downside is that the ice cubes aren't clear cold looking cubes; they just don't look hard and clear like a very cold ice cube looks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a true counter depth refrigerator. The absence of handles means every inch that I have goes to Colts base. The icemaker has a true on and off switch as opposed to the flimsy bar of other brands. The auto fill pitcher means I no longer have to deal with a Brita. Super happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large refrigerator with lots of space for frozen and fresh foods. The water carafe is so handy and useful. Two sizes of ice cubes works for different family members. Would really like more split shelves to accommodate large items.. shelves. Split shelves need additional support on cabinet walls to stay level. Very quiet operation and good lighting to see everything. Panel options are great but process for getting them is slower than I would expect to be first class service.

The two ice makers with the various sizes is great. And we have been using the pitcher constantly and we didn't think we would use it too much.

The space has been carefully designed to meet most of your needs. When we bought it we thought the handless design would be perfect but now I regret it. It leaves lot of marks on the door especially with kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung refrigerator. I don’t know how they did it, but there’s so much space and I can see everything. I love the beverage center and auto fill pitcher. Not only is it super slick looking, but it’s efficient and a space saver.

This is the first Samsung home appliance that we've owned, and based on the first year of ownership, I will stay away in the future. The autofill pitcher in the beverage center started to fill only intermittently after about a year (hmmm, just out of warranty!), and now after 16 months of ownership, does not fill at all. Samsung troubleshooting is useless. This feature was one of the reasons that we purchased this model, and now the feature doesn't work at all and would require an out-of-warranty service repair.

The beverage door takes a little getting use to and I wish they included a handle for the top of the door not just the bottom to open.

It’s very sleek and modern looking, and the water/ice dispensers work well. It took a little while to get used to the lack of visible handles but it’s a great talking point and is a clean look.
