I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally got this refrigerator after 20 years of owning a kenmore elite. We love the capacity, beverage center, ice maker, and even cooling. We have no issues after a month of operation. Our friends also got the same one after they saw ours. We got a white one and they got the blue one.

We noticed very early after receiving the refrigerator that food was not keeping as it should. We saw from other reviews that temperature maintenance was an issue with some Samsung models. We purchased a digital thermometer that would record high, low, and current temp and placed it in the back of the refrigerator. We learned temperatures varied widely, rarely, if ever, getting to the refrigerator setting (see attached photo). We worked around this by keeping very perishable items in our old 12 year old Samsung we moved to our garage. Recently we opened the freezer to see one of the ice makers was leaving a sheet of ice, rather than cubes. Unfortunately, because the unit was installed in June of 2024 and it is now October of 2025, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year, we are faced with the cost of diagnosis, repair (if possible), or purchasing a new unit. I am disappointed that such a costly product does not function as it should and needs service or replacement within such a short amount of time. I do not recommend this product.

Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

It is very spacious and great not to have items falling out of the freezer like we did with our previous side-by-side refrigerator! One thing to consider, although we specifically chose this model without handles for its sleekness, it can take some getting used to.

Ice maker keeps me in ice in both cubed and smaller chips, I love it. The temps stay how I set them and I like that the fridge chimes when I leave the doors open by accident. I also love how it is connected in my Smart Things app. Amazing technology. The water filter is also the easiest I have ever replaced. This is a great fridge and freezer!

The simplicity of the installation of the refrigerator and the functions that it allows you to do inside the door and also in the Samsung SmartThings app make it a very functional and easy refrigerator to get to know. The two different ice types are very convenient, being able to turn the icemaker off or turn off the auto-fill pitcher because we have the beverage center. This has been a game changer. Samsung definitely shows and pushes forward with their innovative ways to make your appliances smart. I am already looking at getting a Bespoke Oven and a dishwasher in the future. With the ability of it being white glass, you can write on the refrigerator with an expo marker. A dry erase marker

We purchased our Bespoke counter depth refrigerator almost 1 year ago. We love the beverage centre; the automatic auto refill. Shelving is well designed. Guests are always impressed when we offer them small or large ice cubes ! storage is excellent both fridge and freezer. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fridge it is big and allows me to store so many items that will be needed for the week and for our get togethers it makes it easier to plan ahead and get everything in the fridge the night before. Just absolutely love the water station concealed behind the door with access to shelves in the inner door without opening the whole door, love it. It makes ice quickly and there is so much room for the storage of the ice, and you get 2 types of shaped ice to choose from. The fact that we have the freezer on the bottom and the top has the French doors that open on one side or the other. I can easily store the large items on the shelves and can use the one that folds under for tall items. The front of the fridge stays fairly clean with the no fingerprint material and if it gets a bit smudged up it is easy to clean with a dry cloth. Really enjoy this fridge.
