Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving the white glass look of this fridge. The beverage center is very convenient and plenty of space inside. The only downside is you have to open both doors to open the bottom right drawer inside the fridge, the drawer length is longer than the opening of the right door.

NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE! EVER!!

We purchased a brand new Samsung fridge and less than 2.5 years later, the fridge went out! The ice maker stopped working and the fridge and freezer stopped cooling. Samsung sent someone out a WEEK later so we lost all of our food. The compressor was replaced and it started working again but only for about 3 weeks. We just happened to ask about being compensated for food (because the info wasn't volunteered). I had to be escalated to a manager to get reimbursed for a portion of the food that was lost and I had to submit proof of the food purchased 3 times! After finally getting a partial reimbursement, we replenished the food in the fridge. LESS THAN A MONTH LATER THE FRIDGE STOPPED COOLING AND STOPPED MAKING ICE AGAIN! Samsung said no one could come out until the next week. So even though it was Samsung's fault that the fridge went out again, there was no sense of urgency to send someone out to fix it in a timely manner. To make matters worse, we had just purchased a ton of seafood for my mother's birthday celebration. Imagine how that smelled as it started going bad! When the repair person came out for a SECOND TIME, he said there was an "internal gas leak" and that the fridge wasn't repairable. Imagine hearing "internal gas leak". We're we supposed to feel safe? He even said it was still safe to drink the water. Ummmm...no! So we had to start the claims process for the fridge reimbursement and for the second time in a month, we lost all of our food plus the food for my mom's birthday celebration was ruined. When we contacted Samsung's terrible customer service department (after being left on hold and hung up on multiple times) to request a reimbursement for the food. They had the audacity to tell us that they only reimburse for food one time per device and that Samsung "isn't required to do that." Seriously???? Just so you all know, an expedited claim takes "1-3 days to review and another 3 to 5 days to issue a refund." I know this verbatim because they kept reading from the same script when I asked any question. I was then told to just go buy another fridge if I couldn't wait for the refund to be processed. Who has the nerve to say that? Samsung customer service. I almost forgot to mention how someone has been out to "repair" my Samsung washer. No, it still isn't working correctly either. So two weeks later, we are still without a fridge and we are out of hundreds of dollars in food again. This is the most draining and frustrating experience we've ever had with any appliance. You could offer us a FREE Samsung appliance at this point and we still wouldn't take it! Moral of the story: NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!

Amazing Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the most awesome Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. This Refrigerator will hold alot of food! It produces two types of ice which works well for us. It has alot of freezer space. It looks great! Thanks Samsung for an amazing product!

Great Large Refrigerator!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wanted a large capacity fridge that had the bells and whistles that higher profile appliances had. Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

Sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a nice Fridge. I like the water pitcher, that I first thought was unnecessary. My only complaint is that the door shelves aren't really adjustable - you can remove them to allow taller items to be placed, but the shelf points are fixed. I've never had a fridge that you couldn't adjust these shelves.

Poor product! Will destroy your flooring

Buyer beware! I purchased this and right after one year the ice maker started to freeze up. This caused the water to over flow and ruin my hardwood floors. Calle Samsung and they said nothing they can do after 1 year. This is a known issue - after multiple repairs we are replacing! This should be illegal to rip people off like this!

Liked flexability of configuring inside shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator is a great product. The door closimgs are sound. The inside lighting is great. The only minor complaint concerns the door opening on the side with the split door. The two release latches were at the bottom of the door. On the other door the latch is at the top. Would prefer both door's opening latched be either on top or botttom, but prefer on tje top.

Lovin’ it!

It is very spacious and great not to have items falling out of the freezer like we did with our previous side-by-side refrigerator! One thing to consider, although we specifically chose this model without handles for its sleekness, it can take some getting used to.

Love our new fridge

Big and Beautiful and Smart
