[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a true counter depth refrigerator. The absence of handles means every inch that I have goes to Colts base. The icemaker has a true on and off switch as opposed to the flimsy bar of other brands. The auto fill pitcher means I no longer have to deal with a Brita. Super happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer don't seem large, but magically seem to fit anything and everything I try and put inside them. To me that means the layout is very perceptive of the consumer's needs. Spa water pitcher and 2-type-of-ice-cube maker round this out to a 5-star appliance. Cheers!

Once we started using the fridge, we discovered that the hinged flapper seal that creates the seal between the two doors was not engaging in the top guide track, thus leaving an air gap/leak between the doors. I had to shim the guide down far enough for the flapper seal to engage. Minus 1 star for quality control.

With removable colored panels, it allows for customization without commitment. The 24-cubic-foot capacity provides ample space, and the fully removable tray produces two types of ice. Additionally, you can monitor temperature and performance. Whether you’re upgrading or replacing, this fridge combines form and function beautifully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS!!!! The beverage center is so useful and more appealing and cleaner having the water inside. And the two different ice sizes is a life saver and something I didn’t know I needed. And being able to change the panel like phone cases is great 😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I see things that could have been better - such as the beverage center doesn't really hold enough beverages. Also, the in door storage is not deep enough to get things out - if you use them all. I don't. And finally the shelves should have been more adjustable. As it is, only one is adjustable and there isn't room for a lot of large items, except in the door bins. However, I still love this refrigerator. I could see my Christmas Tree reflected in it and now that the tree is gone, I can see my garden window reflected in it. The glass is just amazingly beautiful. Enough so, that the other inconveniences seem minor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired the French door refrigerator from Samsung, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. One standout feature is Samsung's decision to relocate the ice machine from the door or inside the refrigerator to the freezer compartment, a move that not only optimizes storage space within the refrigerator but also enhances its reliability. After using it for a month and a half, I'm pleased to report that I haven't encountered any significant issues apart from a minor misalignment of the doors, which is a negligible inconvenience. Admittedly, in the realm of modern appliances, concerns about long-term reliability can arise due to factors like build quality and a lack of quality control. However, my optimism about this refrigerator's durability remains intact, especially considering the recommendations for this unit from a few maintenance technicians.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a counter depth refrigerator and only found a few available, this was reasonably priced in that category. I love the fact that the water pitcher and dispenser are behind the door, this feature makes for a cleaner look. This finish is smooth grey, not actual stainless, which makes it a breeze to keep clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased thus far with my new Samsung refrigerator. It looks great and has many nice features including the beverage center, great lighting, changeable color panels, etc. It is very quiet and has been doing a great job keeping my foods and produce cold and fresh. I've noticed many items actually have been keeping longer than they did in my old fridge. Love the look of the Bespoke appliances and plan to replace my old stove soon with a new Samsung.
