The customization options are amazing and range in various ways. The dispensing of the ice and water is fast and efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this product is good in its stainless steel finish and like the idea that it can be easily customized.I only purchased this refrigerator less then a year ago so it's fairly new. We love that the water dispenser/beverage center is on the inside and not on the exterior of the door that give it that clean finish. It's energy saver and efficiency. The capacity and cooling this product is great for the price.

It's large and spacious for our family of 6. The ice machine is awesome and provides 2 different size cubes. I also love the shelves. They are easy to clean and do not trap dirt like our previous Samsung model. The panels can be changed out to fit our decore as we grow as well. This fridge is versatile, sleek, and stylish.

I had a 22 year old refrigerator, which finally gave up the ghost. The new Samsung refrigerator was ordered and received quickly. I like the precise temperature control. A thermometer placed in the top portion of the unit shows the unit maintains temperatures close to the temperature I set. Some other reviews have been critical of the ice maker, but my unit hasn't been a problem. It supplies plenty of ice. I am especially fond of the water dispensing features. There is a provided pitcher which gets filled automatically when even a little water is used from it. There is also a water dispenser for water dispensed into glasses or bottles. The water is cold and filtered. The outer door, which allows access to the water features, is something I have never seen and seems like a good idea. I'm constantly going for water and the design efficiently limits the flow of warm air into the unit while getting water or soft drinks on shelves. As for storage, there is minimal capability to adjust shelves and no adjustment for drawers. So far it hasn't been a problem and I don't anticipate it will be. The capacity is adequate for my needs, but others may find it insufficient in the "counter" depth refrigerator I have. My old refrigerator was not counter depth, and it had a lot of wasted space with a large tray drawer, which I never used. It also stuck out into the kitchen, and the new Samsung does not. One thing I do not like in the new refrigerator is all the plastic. My old refrigerator had aluminum and glass for drawers and shelves. Also, two drawers were gasketed for an airtight seal in the top portion of the unit. The light plastic construction of shelves and drawers is why I did not give the Samsung refrigerator 5 stars. I think for what this refrigerator cost, glass and metal should have been chosen instead of cheap, lightweight plastic, which is questionable in my mind as to its durability. Regardless of my dislike of the plastic in the Samsung refrigerator, I think this is a good value appliance and recommend its purchase.

I’m very disappointed with the Samsung Beverage Center pitcher. Just over one year of normal household use, the pitcher began developing mold inside the lid and spout mechanism—areas that cannot be fully accessed or cleaned, even with regular washing. This is not due to misuse. The pitcher was rinsed and cleaned frequently, yet moisture becomes trapped inside the sealed lid components, creating an environment where mold grows. Because this is a drinking-water component, this represents a serious sanitation and food-safety concern. The refrigerator itself works well, but the beverage pitcher appears to have a design flaw. A component intended to hold potable water should not develop mold internally under normal use, nor should it require replacement just outside the warranty period. Samsung declined to replace the pitcher because it was slightly past the one-year warranty, which is frustrating given that this is clearly not normal wear and tear. I would caution anyone considering a Samsung refrigerator with a Beverage Center to be aware of this issue and the potential cost of replacing the pitcher or lid. Samsung needs to redesign this component or treat it as a known defect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door is one of the best fridges you can purchase when capacity is an important feature for you. It’s very wide and with sturdy and adjustable shelving. The beverage center adds even more space for all drinks and filtered water with a 6 cup pitcher with makes filling up small and medium pots a breeze. There’s also a bottle filling station which has proven to be very convenient. The control panel inside of the fridge also for quick adjustments of temperature, ice making, and app pairing. I think the greatest benefit of the app is it sends an alert if any of the doors are left open. This feature has been a godsend for my family a few times when someone didn’t close the freezer completely and I was alerted promptly and able to close before anything began to defrost. It also allows you to quickly lower the temperature of the freezer to bring everything back to its normal temp.

Problems since day one. Ice maker replaced under warranty. Is now out again and having to pay an appliance company to repair/replace. Doors do not close property. Have to push out flap on left door every time to get it to seal right. Hate this Fridge!!

This is the worse refrigerator I've ever owned. The alarm goes off too quickly, in my opinion, and cannot be deactivated. Yet, if a door or drawer is left slightly ajar, it does not alarm. (Led to overnight thawing of freezer products.) Levelers cannot be adjusted to the extent the doors will shut without effort after opening. The drawers cannot be extended far enough to easily reach items in back. The crisper has no adjustable ventilation for humidity; therefore it is just another small drawer. Small 3" door shelf can't be seen or accessed without bending over. The beverage center takes up space therefore limiting the shelf space and most tall items have to be on door unless small shelf over drawer is retracted, creating even less shelf space. One definitely cannot defrost a turkey in it. Like most "chest" freezers, one seldom knows what is on the bottom without removing items on top and this model could have benefited from compartments or more than one pull out drawer where the ice is. The glass doors are always covered with fingerprints (from having to push the door closed) though I could have lived with that if it was my only objection. The drawer grooves and indentations make cleaning difficult and the area to open the freezer catches crumbs & such and is very hard to clean due to its shape. I made a poor choice for a family of only two.

I wish i could customize door shelf placement, but other than that it is amazing! I also love the slide back shelf to accommodate taller items, when needed. This has been something i have been looking for!
