Neocell- Super Collagen French Vanilla has double the amount of collagen. Neocell contains two types of collagen type 1 and 3. Collagen is needed by our bodies to promote healthy hair, skin, nail and joint support. A scoop is provided and I tried it with water. It mixes easily enough but the packaging suggests coffee or tea or a beverage of your choice. It is gluten free and has natural flavoring.

I’m going to keep taking it because it tastes good and nothing negative has happened, maybe it just takes a while to take effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I got this unflavored Super Collagen Powder a few days ago, I’ve tried it in both water and coffee. This product is tasteless in both. No change in mouth feel either. What amazed me also was how easily and completely it dissolved in both hot and cold liquids. Scoop is included, just pour it in, give it a quick Stir and it’s ready to drink. I will definitely buy this collagen powder again. I will add an update after using it for two months to comment on changes in skin, hair, nails or joints.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the taste and smell. It reminds me of what some whey proteins taste and smell like and I just didn't find the flavor and smell appetizing. I mixed one scoop in hot chocolate and could still smell and taste it which is fine for people who like the flavor but I really didn't. I found it off-putting. I think I would prefer trying a collagen supplement in some other form instead of a powder. I do like that it's good for your skin, hair, nails and joints, and that it's soy and gluten free, has no artificial flavors, and is non GMO. This product wasn't for me but I'd encourage others to try it themselves.

I preferred the unflavored but the flavored are okay if you're looking for that. I can't say I noticed anything different after taking but I always feel good about adding a collagen product to my diet.

It blends down nicely and isn't clumpy. I haven't noticed any differences yet but I have been told multiple times that my complexion is brighter.
