With just a small sample I can't really say much about the results itself, but it's definitely a product that tastes good and I wouldn't mind consuming again.

I was satisfied with that, but the berry lemon flavor was not a favorite at all, tasted too artificial and had a bitterness to it.

A lot of supplements I’ve taken before could only be hidden in a large smoothie but I’m not a smoothie drinker. I can mix this powder in my morning tea or a small amount of yogurt and not detect the taste. I have not been using it long enough to see if it truly does benefit hair/nails (less than 2 weeks) but I do plan on keeping it in my morning routine to find out!
