It is better than other collagens I've tried and love that it is bovine based vs porcine. Great for pretty much all diets (vegan excluded). Seems to be good value overall.

I put the French vanilla in my coffee and it had a very "fake" sweet flavor. I tried the berry flavor in water and it also had a very artificial flavor. The unflavored wasn't bad, but I could taste it in my coffee. Maybe it would be better in juice or water.

The unflavored one wasn't really "unflavored" - I could still tell it was there, but it didn't taste bad. I think the berry flavor was my favorite. I would be willing to try these again, but I don't think three single serving packets were enough to tell if they had any positive effect on my body/health.

The plain powder was ok, didn't notice any flavor. The Berry Lemon flavor was drinkable but I didn't think the flavor was quite right. It is a powder that I would use.

I mixed a vanilla packet into a glass of milk. It took quite a bit to get it to mix in enough to drink. The taste was surprisingly pleasant. The vanilla is the flavor I would purchase in the future. While I did receive 3 packets I am not sure that this is enough to really determine results on my hair, nails, and joints. I do think that this product taste good and is easy to use and I would be able to use the product long enough to see results.

I have blended it with my smoothies and also just mixed a scoop with water. There is no chalky texture or aftertaste . The flavor is rich and is very good. I definitely would recommend not only for the benifit but the quality of the product as well.
