I preferred the unflavored but the flavored are okay if you're looking for that. I can't say I noticed anything different after taking but I always feel good about adding a collagen product to my diet.

I enjoyed the flavored sample in some milk, but the unflavored one was not so good, it is best to use in a smoothie or some other drink which tastes good. With only having 2 samples, it wasn’t enough to notice any improvement in my wellbeing.

However, i didnt feel any better or notice a change in my appearence or even see a diffence anything. Other than knowing that i took it, it really didnt do anything for me.

I like the collagen because it does what its suppose to do. The powder dissolves quickly in drinks and smoothies. I love the that it blends into any beverage well and makes no difference in taste.  My skin and hair look amazingly shiny and renewed since using this product. I mix it in my smoothies and also I sometimes mix it in plain water. I have the unflavored mix so there is no taste to it and it doesn’t alter any of the drinks I may use with it. It mixes really well and dissolves easily. This is a good size container. It’s convenient and easy to store away in the container. I definitely recommend this product.
