I prefer the pills over the powder only because I am messy and tend to make a mess with it. But overall it gets the job done. Can't knock the product due to my clumsiness.

I liked the French Vanilla flavor, but the unflavored one was good too. I will definitely consider buying this product in the future!

I always thought it was to inject your face for those who get beutox. but apparently its found in our daily food! who knew? So seeing as Onlky got a few days worth of this product, i can't exactly say if i feel any different or see any difference. but i do know the research i did shows that over time it will come. and this product taste great and doesnt have that chuncky weird consistency that sometimes comes with protein powders and the like,. will have to keep going longer to see what happens next.

This collagen provided the perfect vanilla flavor while helping my hair, skin, and nails grow. At first I thought we needed a spoon but than when I got one I saw that it included one that measures the amount your supposed to drink. It kept me pretty full throughout the day. So I would totally recommend this for someone.
