I'm hopeful that I'll see changes in the long run but at the moment, I'm not sure how long one needs to use it for longterm results.

I know what it's supposed to do, and my nails do seem stronger now that I've been adding Neocell to my smoothies. The best part for me, tho, is the flavor. So far I love the results my hair shinier and smooth, my nails are growing very nice, and my skins looks and feels so much better. My only complaint is the smell when open the container but once its mixed in with a smoothy you cant smell it anymore.

I love the smell, it's like fresh vanilla. The consistency is amazing, it dissolves well in my hot coffee. I also am happy that this is Gluten-Free, has zero soy, wheat, lactose or artificial flavors. NEOCELL is also NON GMO-tested. Another plus is that the container is made from recyclable material and you can recycle the tub when it's one. THEN.....stir stir STIR.....USE WITH Biotin that combination ROCKS! Definitely would recommended getting a flavored kind because the unflavored smelled bad and had that "protein" taste to it. Did not see a visible difference in my skin or hair, but like I said I only was using it for 3 days.
