I tried some disposable underwear before with her, and she said those feel like wearing a wet adult diaper, which is the opposite of what she wanted and the opposite of how these made her feel! These are a lot prettier than the disposables she tried before! The absorption is pretty well. The fits are excellent and have odor control. YES, five star I’ll be putting these away for the next leaky day.

I sized up due to my pregnancy belly but could tell I will be a smaller size after having my little one. They fit nice and are not too tight around the thighs. Since being pregnant with twins I tend to have bladder leaks when I laugh, cough or get up from a seated position due to the pressure on my bladder and these help greatly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandmother has been needing to use these lately, and not enjoying it one bit. I got these for her, but did open them and check them out first. I think the idea here is supposed to be that they are more attractive, a bit fancier, and therefore more discreet feeling than traditional products for adult incontinence. My grandmother did say that they were better looking and cuter than the other ones, but the material and design that I had in my head looking at the package was very different than what was in there. I guess you can only make absorbent underwear but so fancy. they functioned the same as traditional absorbent underwear, and you pull them on and off just like regular underwear. There is definitely a need for product such as these, and any thing we can do to improve the experience of even having to wear such a thing because you’re having that issue to begin with, is a positive!

I myself would not wear them out in public but just around the house because they make me feel like I am wearing adult diapers and not underwear. After just having a baby it was nice to wear I felt my pelvic floor not being as strong as it once was. That and not ruining my underwear during that gorgeous time of the month.

The picture on the package looks like it hits at your hips but they actually pull up past my belly button and it's uncomfortable. I find the material to be itchy. As far as absorbency goes, I only had some light leakage and it did take care of that but the fit on these is absolutely horrible. I'm glad I went with a large even though I'm a medium and everything else. I'm definitely happy I got to test them out before I bought them. I went through medical menopause after my radical hysterectomy and a bit of incontinence is one of the fun side effects. I also just find them two bulky to even wear underneath anything so I can only wear them at night. All in all I need a more discreet and comfortable product.

The material was so soft it did not even bother the c section incision area. Made it so simple to not have to worry about leaking while moving around with the baby. True to size.
