I can’t always find a safe place to pull over to quickly and as I’m getting older sometimes I need to go when I need to go. They were form fitting comfortable and very discreet you didn't even see a panty line and made you feel confident when wearing them. I liked most of they were not bulky or gathered in certain areas I would definitely tell others about Always Discreet.

I have a problem with leakage when I jump up and down so I thought I would give these a drive. The fit was very comfortable and the absorbency was exactly what I need it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Incentivized] These Always discreet boutique disposable underwear did not work for me. They do not look or feel like underwear. It's pretty much an adult diaper. I have overactive bladder and thought these would be a good option to wear when I have appointments and need to wait forever without being able to get to the bathroom on time. However, I am 46 and these made me feel like a very old lady. I would much rather wear a thin pad. Maybe I'd reconsider when I am older and can't control my bladder. They are uncomfortable, made me itchy and are pretty thick, which makes me feel hot and sweaty. They look nothing like the front picture. I honestly don't recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the products in the pink and black it holds urine very well the one big thing I didn't like was the fact you had to completely take off your bottom clothing to remove I feel it would be better if it has Velcro on each side for easy access to remove and also believe they should have been scented to mask the smell I am a very small person and these were visible to see what I was wearing that's was a embarrassing thing for me but overall it worked

The day after they arrived though, my daughter came down with a stomach virus and these ended up being very useful! My 7 yr old gladly wore these, and had peace of mind knowing that she wasn't gonna have to run to the bathroom everytime she had to poot (giggle). These are really soft and comfortable. And the high waist prevents them from slipping down. They also smell nice. I would say that these are higher quality verses the other brands.
