I was provided a complimentary sample of Always Discreet Underwear Boutique in XL. They really have tried their best to make these undergarments more feminine and less institutional. They are a nice soft salmon pink in color with an imprinted black decorative trim. The design of these provides the best protection of the user even if they seem bulky and they are not abrasive to my skin. They stay in place comfortably, with the soft, stretchy fabric that reminds me of the stretchy, soft, and colorful tape they use to bandage your arm after a blood donation. The sizing is adequate for a wide range, which overlaps across sizes, so you might be able to size down for a less bulky fit. I am 5'9" and wear a size 18. The XL still has a lot of room, so I would size down to an L if purchasing again.

They are a little noticeable if you wear something that is a little tight fitting. The work great for bladder leak accidents.
