I don’t want anyone knowing what I am wearing. They provide great protection and absorb well. I love the design on the front, makes it feel a little more like normal clothing and less like a diaper.

This is the only thing I can use for my issue. I wish they made 2xl and keep in mind people come in all shapes and sizes. I use the XL size and it rolls down. I weigh right at 300 and wear a size 3xl/4xl. Bigger sizes should be available to accommodate everyone. A higher waist may help keep it from rolling down?

You don't have to worry about accidents while using because the odor control and absorbing material give you great confidence when you need them most. Feels like wearing regular underwear designed to not ride up. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they are designed to work like regular underwear but with give you leave if mind!

I used a couple of these this week for spotting and they definitely absorb alot of liquid, the pad is a little bulky and the fit around your private area could be a little tighter. The underwear part is very comfortable, the fit was great on my stomach and the fabric felt nice against the skin. I would definitely keep buying for times when I experience leaking and spotting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a disease that affects my trachea causing me to cough up mucus all the time and it chokes me, resulting sometimes in a little “sprinkle” here and there. This happens quite often at night and while it doesn’t cause any major problems and isn’t a huge issue, I really wanted to try the Always discreet underwear to help with moments like that. They fit pretty nicely although I do feel like they might be obvious in leggings or certain outfits but for me, I’m wearing them to bed, so I really don’t care what they look like. They worked very well at catching any “off moments” and one evening I even got my period and these helped with that as well. I don’t have a lot of liquid so I can’t speak to massive volumes but for my situation these were nice, fit well, and are easy to dispose of.

They come with lightly scented. The size is not easy to figure out correctly. It had lbs and that component is not helpful in figuring the correct size.
