I received the Always Discreet Underwear Boutique Size: XL (Peach) for my independent and honest review. My mother has tried many different brands of disposable underwear; these gave the best protection/absorption and are the most comfortable (no binding on thighs or waist). She did say they fit a little on the large side, so she would buy a smaller size or size down. They looked and felt really nice, just like boutique underwear. The durability and quality of the product were great (no ripping or tearing). She will definitely be buying them again and recommends them for any bladder protection you may need.

If you are on the low end of the weight scale, these may be a bit loose on you. I weigh 132 and these were a great fit for me. They are a bikini type fit, they sit approximately 1inch below my belly button. They weren’t bulky or saggy in the butt. They smooth and form to fit. They are definitely bulkier than just underwear, but if you need leakage protection, they are good. They did not leak…and best of all..they don’t make noise! No one wants a bladder protection product that makes crinkly noise when you walk. These are quiet and do their job.

I was having a copd episode and coughing all the time. These fit very well. They fit like my underwear. They are not noticeable under clothing.

I do feel the absorbency and odor control is good. And they were breathable and fairly thin. My only complaint is I tend to wear pants that are mid range for on my waist and these came up a little to high and would stick out. I wish they would not have them so high waisted
