The color is so pretty and they look almost like regular panties. My family member who wears these loves them. The absorbency is fabulous and just perfect for her. She loves the design at the top of the underwear. It is nice to feel like they are not just incontinence underwear, but something pretty also.

These underwear are so soft and comfortable. They look and feel just like underwear. I can now go out or just sleep at night knowing that there will be no leaking.

Have loved these for several years for nighttime and occasional daytime urinary incontinence. I wear a clothing size 10-12 and purchase these in S/M and the fit is snug and perfect. I tried the regular white ones - the non Boutique style - in the same size and found the crotch to be about 5 inches wide and it bunched up between my legs. Who has a crotch 5" wide in a size SMALL?? Anyway, loved these and they served me well. I just ordered 3 packages online and they arrived today. Before I even opened the box, there was a stinky, sickly SMELL! I thought maybe the delivery person had worn some rank, oppressive perfume and it got on the box. NO!!! I opened it up and despite the plastic baglike packaging being intact, the STENCH -- sweet, pungent, fetid -- was overpowering!! Ugh!! I agree with the other reviewers -- there is NO REASON for this disgusting perfume in ladies' diapers. I will probably give these packages away, despite there being nothing else truly comparable on the market. I'd rather have bulky, bunched-up diapers than wear ones that make me wretch from the smell.

If you have heavy flows and need a towel under you at night..no more these make me feel so safe I don't have to have a towel under me constantly. They stick to you and capture every ounce of blood. I will forever use these. I honestly can't say enough good things about these.

These are great to use in pregnancy to catch those embarrassing leaks, postpartum, and even during periods. I sleep with these on during my period as I find that they provide better overall protection, are highly absorbent, and are very comfortable. I love that these still make me feel feminine and help me keep some dignity on my worst days.

It also has a floral scent which I would’ve been fine without but it wasn’t unbearable . I did wear underwear underneath this for extra protection . I highly recommend this for extra protection .

the S/M Always discreet in the 32 pack are glued together and tear when opened. Production code4197478601-83-1972339. I want two packs of the 32 underwear in S/M. I am a P&G retiree. Fix this product, send replacements. Get a PR communique to eliminate customer dissatisfaction.
