I usually use pads, but I wanted to try these underwear. They fit snuggly, and I don’t feel like it’s a diaper. They don’t look like underwear as described, rather a tighter fitting disposable brief. I don’t like the look. If be embarrassed to wear these on a date for fear they would be seen. Absorbency is good, functionality is good, but it’s not like wearing underwear at all.

They feel like real underwear are very easy to use and you can just dispose of them normally into a garbage can. The design on this and the color selection is really nice. I haven’t been able to use it, but my mom says that it is great. She feels sat with the protection provides. She also says very comfortable to wear.

I did not have any issues other than the rolling down. They kept me dry and no leaks at all. I really like the little design on the top.

Aside from being for bladder leakage, Always Discreet Boutique Underwear are great for heavier flow days or nights. When a pad or tampon just won't do, these underwear are absorbent and keep you dry and leak free. I also used these for the first 2 weeks post-partum, and they were a life saver! Very comfortable and look more like "real" underwear. The only downside is that they can trap the heat in warmer weather.
