While they fit perfect around the waist they did not fully cover my bottom making it very uncomfortable. I wore them for half a nights sleep. I will say they were absorbent but too uncomfortable to keep on a fully night.

I was a little disappointed on the design though honestly. They look much more faded than the picture. They look less like underwear and more like a pull up, but they get the job done! I have had a hysterectomy and with that comes less bladder control they fit so well and are designed so well that you would really never know if someone was wearing g them. The color works great for any color you choose to wear was super absorbent and there was definitely no odor! Hands down fantastic job helping ladies find something so good that can easily be hidden
