I don't have to worry if my pad is going to leak or not, as long as I know I have these underwear I don't have to worry! These are comfortable and they are very absorbent! I would definitely recommend this product to give a try!

I'm a young cancer survivor still fighting numerous tumors that keep popping up in my body and must use protection at night for the rest of my life. My mom's friend gave me a pair of Always Discreet Boutique to try. I really liked them. The seams are well made and hold well when pulled up after multiple nighttime bathroom visits. The store brands I can afford and the ones provided during my frequent, multiple hospitalizations rip at the seams and become useless. Always Discreet Boutique are very soft on my sensitive, radiated skin, comfortable, hug my curves well and are quiet. I wish they were available for a more budget-friendly price. I have so many medical supplies that are not covered by insurance. It's become my biggest expense-I can't even shop for fab clothes because of my medical needs. I'd love to receive samples of size S/M if they're available. Thank you for making me feel normal-ish again.

I love how the discreet boutique fits nicely under my dress or pantsuit without the bulkiness of other adult diapers.

I barely knew she had them one until she walked out at night not her room. She said they are good for night use so she doesn’t bleed through her underwear.

I found this to be comfortable wearing and had no issues with bunching up anywhere. These are stretchable and breathable come tan in color. I guess my hang up is when I leak I need to change the whole underwear compared to a leakage pad.
