Finally an incontinence product for women that is Stylish, Well Fitting, Absorbent and Actually resembles real underwear not diapers! I am so grateful for the Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear. They fit well, have a very discreet feel and don’t feel it look overly bulky. They’re super soft and have a fun little edging to look more like actual underwear. They’re a very trusting pair of safety underwear for me to wear when needed.

I bought this to go to a concert and during setbreak I had to pee. I was sitting and noticed small streams running down my ankles! I was in a small puddle on a nice lady's mat! I'm so upset and embarrassed. Also the fact that they're scented when I have a sensitive vagina isn't ideal.

These came in handy for me, specifically. The comfort level is top notch. No bulging or discomfort. It’s a little big, but I rather that. The design is pretty & flattering, compared to plain white. The Absorbency strip is long, which is good for no accidents. Odor control is nice, no issues in that department. Overall, I would definitely buy these again.
