They hold anything you need them too ( like a full bladders worth) without it causing a mess! Would recommend to others for incontinence needs!

These underwear are the protection I need for bladder control and for heavy cycles. They are discreet enough I can wear in public with out having to fear about leakage. They are comfy and are not bulky like adult diapers.

Have loved these for several years for nighttime and occasional daytime urinary incontinence. I wear a clothing size 10-12 and purchase these in S/M and the fit is snug and perfect. I tried the regular white ones - the non Boutique style - in the same size and found the crotch to be about 5 inches wide and it bunched up between my legs. Who has a crotch 5" wide in a size SMALL?? Anyway, loved these and they served me well. I just ordered 3 packages online and they arrived today. Before I even opened the box, there was a stinky, sickly SMELL! I thought maybe the delivery person had worn some rank, oppressive perfume and it got on the box. NO!!! I opened it up and despite the plastic baglike packaging being intact, the STENCH -- sweet, pungent, fetid -- was overpowering!! Ugh!! I agree with the other reviewers -- there is NO REASON for this disgusting perfume in ladies' diapers. I will probably give these packages away, despite there being nothing else truly comparable on the market. I'd rather have bulky, bunched-up diapers than wear ones that make me wretch from the smell.

I like to go for long walks, and the exercise seems to trigger a little leakage. With the Always, I don't have to worry about my underwear getting wet. The Always absorbs well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of those products you hope you never need but are happy knowing it's available. I was provided a complimentary sample of Always Discreet Underwear Boutique in XL. They really have tried their best to make these undergarments more feminine and less institutional. They are a nice soft salmon pink in color with an imprinted black decorative trim. The design of these provides the best protection of the user even if they seem bulky and they are not abrasive to my skin. They stay in place comfortably, with the soft, stretchy fabric that reminds me of the stretchy, soft, and colorful tape they use to bandage your arm after a blood donation. The sizing is adequate for a wide range, which overlaps across sizes, so you might be able to size down for a less bulky fit. I am 5'9" and wear a size 18. The XL still has a lot of room, so I would size down to an L if purchasing again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not personally tried these as I don't have a need for them (plan to gift to nursing home), but them seem very absorbent. They look true to size and have a fresh scent for odor control. They seem like they are stretchy for comfort & fit.
