I wear a small but it is too big. Why not have just a small size? And a medium size? I have to pull them up to under my bust. Plus the crotch is soooo big. I do not have the problem with leakage on the sides now. I am so disappointed. I tried #6 pads, regular discreet underwear and now these. I'm not that small. I wear a size 5/6 panties. Right now I am out of options and I am at a loss as to what I can do. I have to wear some type of protection.

The XL run a little big so if you like them snug I suggest you size down. All in All i would recommend.

I have a spinal cord injury and it comes with the added fun of incontinence. I've tried other brands, but it takes a feminine products company to make the better ones. They are soft and comfortable and with the added gel, they absorb a lot. It's not for heavy incontinence but will be effective up to moderate incontinence. They come in this peach color and black. They hug you but don't constrict.

I thought these were going to be underwear I can wear and wash for my period. But they turned out as huge diapers with elastic diaper stretch tops and not washable at all. Big and bulky. I would not buy these unless I was old and maybe needed them for sleep if I was peeing the bed. But I am young and do not do that.
