They hold anything you need them too ( like a full bladders worth) without it causing a mess! Would recommend to others for incontinence needs!

They are very thin and super absorbent and I loved them because I could carry them in my purse easily and change on demand. I am no longer pregnant so now I use them sometimes after my period claims to have ended but surprises me with a final push or when I had a bad cough last week and leaked each time I had a coughing fit. However they were amazingly comfortable and fit just like underwear if not better. I love the way that they were so discreet and they handled leaks very well they didn't leak at all. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves the carefreeness of not having to wear a pad or tampon and the simpleness is just wearing panties.
