Instead of using a pad and the hospital underwear, I used these after birth and they were more comfortable and lasted longer. I bought them in bulk and used them for about a month after I gave birth and they were my go to underwear.

I found this to be comfortable wearing and had no issues with bunching up anywhere. These are stretchable and breathable come tan in color. I guess my hang up is when I leak I need to change the whole underwear compared to a leakage pad.
