I can’t say they are all that comfortable though, I seem to hear them when I walk and the butt part sags a little. The design is nice and feminine and I didn’t notice any odor so that is a plus! Overall they keep you dry and Odor Free.

I wasn’t near an exit to stop and use the restroom. With having these on I was protected. They are very comfortable and the fit is perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a fan of Always products for a while now. These Discreet Boutique underwear work great for the intended purpose. The design on the front is a nice touch, but they don't look like regular underwear. The fit is great, they are nice and snug which I need to avoid leakage. Also they leg gathers on these are tall stretchy but they are soft and you I didn't notice them when I was wearing the underwear.They are soft and comfortable, not paper like. They do seem a little bulky between the legs and in the butt area, but I can live with that for all day protection.

She loves these Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence underwear. The pad in the underwear draws the liquid away from the body so there is no irritation even though she’s wearing them for 8 plus hours. She likes the fit and the look and the feel. Perfect solution for her for nighttime. I just can’t get her to wear them during the day yet. But I am working on it!

They are durable so you can wear them all day and not have to worry about the sides tearing or them getting loose and sagging. They are not bulky under your clothes, I wore them with pants, so they don't have any teltale bulky bumps under your clothes. I love the freedom they give me to just be me without the added worry of a leak.

They are not exactly like underwear under your clothes. They are a little noticeable in my opinion, but they work exceptionally well. They absorb the mild incontinence. I have been dealing with lately. I have no odor when I do experience incontinence. They are very comfortable to wear all day and all night if needed.
