It's not that comfy. The design on the top is cute, but the rest is legit diaper. The odor is under control, but it feels like a diaper, and you can see them through certain clothes.

I wore a pair for a period of time during a trip. The XL was bigger than I needed but still very comfortable and it felt like I was wearing a pair of comfortable cotton underwear. Very absorbent. No odor. I highly recommend if liners or maxi pads aren’t enough.

Jeans work fine though as those are thick enough to hide for discretion. These do work as described for incontinence which is great.
